How often do you get on Minecraft?: Every other day or so if I have a server.
Why do you want to join this server?: Looks like it could be an entertaining time, and its also 1.8 and has a decent number of members.
Tell me a little bit about yourself: I consider myself to be a very intelligent person, and after reading that comment I think maybe a bit narcissistic. I play quite a bit of both Dota and League with my friends and enjoy both very much. I started playing Minecraft in late Alpha and have played it on and off with the same friends since then. I do my best to be as friendly as I can and I am usually a nice person unless I meet someone who really gets under my skin.
What is your favorite thing to do in an SMP community?: I usually try to build an interesting castle with friends.
Have you read the rules and do you agree to them?: Yes
Do you have TeamSpeak and are you willing to use it?: Yes
What is your Skype?: I'd rather not give it away, especially in a public post. I only use Skype with good friends.
Do you have any questions for me about the community or the server?: Not really.
What would you do for a Klondike Bar?: I think I would probably pay money for one.

There aren't many decent looking servers for this snapshot and my internet isn't currently capable of running my own server without lag. So I hope you will let me in, as this server looks like it would be a lot of fun to play. Have you ever been banned from a server: Not that I know of, but it is possible as I have had arguments with admins who abuse their power/destroy creations. However, I have always simply left these servers rather than being banned.(At least I think so) What you would add to minecraft: That is a good question, as there are many things I believe would make Minecraft significantly better. One example is more advanced combat systems, specifically with swords. Currently swords are pretty lame. Perhaps with some sort of charged swing, or a more advanced blocking system focused on PvP. Oh, and one hand for tools/weapons and one hand for place able items such as blocks and torches would also be amazing addition. (This would also include a two-handed weapon class being added such as bows)
P.S.: For some reason the size of the type is screwing up, so it may look a bit weird.
Why should I let you in?: Personally, in my opinion I'm a pretty awesome person and I believe I would make a great contribution to the community of this server. I get along fairly well with most people who don't attempt to antagonize others just to be a jerk. I'm a pretty fun person to play with and I am also fairly good at the game and can build fairly well, so hopefully I can contribute a nice build or at least just a new personality.
What do you plan to do on the server?: I plan on simply having some fun with friends while just doing a straight up Vanilla playthrough. (Oh and I'm also going to make a horse insurance agency with my friend JollyWatson as long as both of us get accepted.)
Have you been banned before? (If so, why?): Not that I know of. (I don't know how to check, so it is a possibility. I have never been actually told I was banned however)

I don't know if anyone can help me but for some reason every time i try to get on the server i get a black screen then an error message comes up and then disappears before i can see it. Just wanted to know if anyone knows what the problem is or how to fix it. (Already tried deleting bin)
The crashing problems might have something to do with it though

What do you LIKE about the description of the finished server - I personally love the idea for this server. I've been looking for a server pretty much exactly like this one for a long time. I love rpg, Minecraft, and of course playing it all with other people. I feel like i could make a lot of good friends playing this server and have an amazing time.
Do you have a mic - Not at the moment but I'm planning to pick one up soon. ( I'll probably get one sooner if i get on the server) but i could just listen to calls and type in chat until i get one if thats OK.
What could you bring to our server - I think i could bring a lot to this server. I'm a friendly guy, i love to build and just have fun with friends. Eventually if i get on i hope to become a knight so that i could help make this server more amazing especially if it gets bigger.
Crappy choices. I don't want Minecraft modernized with things like hand grenades. That just ruins the game. Stuff like that should stick to mods only. I want choices such as updates to the ocean, more minerals ect. Or a new cooking/smelting system! (two separate things)
I dont like the idea of cooking food in the same thing used to smelt iron, lol it just seems wrong.
Thats exactly what i was thinking. Like enchantments would make gold weapons more durable and the enchantment effect would be increased if used on gold weapons. (Thats my basic idea of how it should work. The idea could use some work too lol)

Aren't you supposed to delete the contents? Thats what i've been doing. It worked before 1.8
