Please just be thankful for the work Mojang spends maintaining this game when they could just move on to other games, which from a marketing perspective would likely be more beneficial.
Also, any time you decide to modify ANY game, you have to understand that your work can easily be undone by official updates. If you really want mod stability, I suggest you find a game which is no longer being officially maintained. (Like SW Empire at War for example. It has a pretty big mod community)
How does the creator of Mo' creatures make all the AI, the Textures, their function, their spawning AND fixing all the bugs that come with them?
Not only that but he doesn't charge a single penny for his mods.

I am, as you can probably tell from the title, a plugin developer.
A plugin developer is a job I adopted two years ago and have always been learning and writing Java code in my free time, and right now I want to help the community of server owners that need a plugin developer.

I am applying for the position of Developer on your server.
Why/how important is this to me?
This is important to me because I love programming in Java, and having the ability to do it for people I could befriend and have a good time with in general means a lot to me.
Past experience in this position or something similar to it?
I have many years of experience in the field of programming, and 2 years of experience with Java and the Bukkit API. I have made many plugins in the past, many of which are private; as for those that are public they are not as big as my private ones. Depending on the urgency of the current situation, I can be very efficient with my time usage, but it depends on how important the task at that moment is. Programming is usually my top priority.

Although I cannot really prove to you that I am dedicated before I actually get to meet you and talk to you, I want you to take my word for it that I will stick with the network until the end, and that I will treat it as my main priority below school and other necessities.
