I've been trying to get the Ice and Fire dragon roosts + caves to spawn in the Twilight Forest dimension, all of the config files say that they should be spawning. I've been trying for a couple of days to get this to work but nothing I do seems to work.
I've also tried going back to different versions and it works perfectly in 1.12.2 - the roosts and caves spawn in the dimension like I would like them to
note: every time I make a change to config files and/or mod versions, I create a new world entirely and nothing changes still
note2: I got a screenshot from my twilight forest dimension, it looks like a nest was supposed to spawn here but it didnt'

Yes I have, though I can always look again. And yes I have checked dimension id's
Edit: I looked again and found an issue here, but there aren't any comments on it that I can see
Edit2: the config file labeled ice_and_fire, in case it would help
