Experience on VeroxusPvP:I first started playing with my friend 8v4 and we had a good time pvping the owner veroxus.
Experience as Staff:Yes i started playing Minecraft about 4 years ago and instantly applied for a helper position on a small server called InsaneMC. On Insane i was quickly moved up to Moderator then Head-Mod and finally Admin. A position i held for more than 2 years. In late September of this year InsaneMC was officially sold to a buyer so that position was relinquished. I was also moderator on a server called Skyrim MC but i left a couple weeks ago on account that they just kept pushing the release date cause nothing was getting done.
Why do you think you should be staff on VeroxusPvP? What sets you apart from other applicants?To begin with, I feel I should take part in the staffing community here because I ensure a large portion of qualified time as well as extreme experiences and a sincere inclination in moderating over the chat and providing the necessary satisfaction to players in need of any particular assistance. I am a person who shares a natural obligation and heavy dedication to those in need of a correct moderation. I will be there to help them with confusion/questions for hours worth of time as well! My highest priority when it comes to staffing is that I focus on most is moderating over servers. I am not really a person who wants to dedicate themselves to formulating new structures or residing to head-to-head combat. I find it more intriguing to supply players with a jubilant sense of feeling from my overall performance. I would be sure to keep dissonance from progressing to ghastly circumstances. I would basically focus on the whole idea of my existence to staffing within this community, which is simply stated by pursuing a largely said portion of time spent on the server, encompassing the chat within a correctly moderated state, assuring the prosperity of attentiveness to answer all questions to my highest potential, keeping in touch with other fellow staff about suggestions/ideas/answers, and securing the server from all egregious irrelevancy.I am also special and different in lots of ways. First off, my mentality is basically to work hard and play later. I do everything with the best of my ability or at least die trying. My effort is genuine and I am a very nice and reasonable person. I treat people with respect and I take stands based on facts and evidence, not because they are my friends or I know them. I am also a very neat and organized person. I may be considered a neat freak but the results pay off. Everything will be organized and in tip top shape. My experience also plays a huge role in who I am. I know lots of things and I have years of experience in running a team. I know what it takes to run a tip top team and how to maintain it. In the end, I have a lot of traits that would make me the ideal person for the job.Many people have different reasons to apply for staff. Mine will sound a little cheesy but its true. I purely enjoy helping people. It gives me a sense of gratitude when I show someone how to do things the right way or help someone with their issues. I am a good problem solver and I have an analytical brain. These traits make my job easy and fun. I know that staff isn’t meant to be a fun job, but keeping a cheerful attitude on job and being friendly to players makes more people want to come back to the server. I have two modes when being staff; one cheery light mood when I joke around and talk with players and a serious mood when dealing with issues. I NEVER allow these two to mix together because that could jeopardize my position and probably annoy some players. Lastly, I know that certain people apply for the rank because they think it will bring them respect and make them cool. I have never considered this as a reason to apply and I frankly hate these types of people. They often end up abusing their power and getting banned. I have never abused and will never abuse. I am applying because I believe that I have what it takes to help the server.There is a very clear reason in my head that makes me believe I am suitable to be staff, experience. Others may downplay experience but it has taught me a lot. From all of my different staff positions I have learned different things. First, my strategy for dealing with rule breaking players, I have reviewed lots of applications where the person says I will warn them three times and than mute them. Honestly I hate this strategy; its very robotic and the player will probably appeal and do it again. My personal preference to dealing with such issues is convincing. I like to try to talk a spammer out of spamming. In my opinion showing them how what they are doing is pointless and really does nothing can possibly convince them not to do it again. Of course this doesn’t always work than in that case I have to mute them. Banning to me is a last resort. I always oppose banning players unless it is obvious that they must be banned or it’s a last resort. In my view servers love their members and all that banning does is remove members. If we can change the view of such troublemakers than we can have a great community base. Also I understand how to treat a staff rank. When I have been given the privilege to serve on a staff team I take it very seriously. I will joke around with others but I have learned to respect the rank. Being staff will not make me cool or give me respect but it is my goal to help and server the players of this server. I understand that under no circumstances should I abuse and that I have been given a chance to be a part of the staff team, a chance I should be very grateful for. I hope that I can qualify above mediocre and be exceptional. My experience in the past has taught me how to deal with people, how to inspect and analyze a situation, and how to respect everyone. Lastly I do not have anger issues and I don’t rage. I have learned how to keep my cool even in the most frustrating situations. It will be very rare that you see me genuinely pissed off at someone. I have handled many situations in the past and I believe that the challenges I will face on your server will be within by ability.I am that guy you see online on a server that has 200 slots available and only one person online, that being me. I am that guy you see at 3 O'Clock in the morning playing Minecraft for no apparent reason on a cool Summer night. Dedication is what I lack in the past server I was working for and that was the reason why I quit or the server ended up being closed. I can assure you that I am very dedicated with everything. I will answer personal messages within a few hours, I can answer Skype messages the moment you send them. It's how I work and how I live my life. My job as a forum moderator requires me to be active so I am always on some sort of electronic device regardless of the time, area, and day. In return I expect my peers to be dedicated as well. The least I can do is return the favor by being active. I personally have a large sum of time on my hands. I only take one musical instrument outside of school, which frees up my time a lot. In order to balance this time I plan what I need to do every day. I understand that Moderating or Administrating is a very demanding job, but I am prepared to take it on.

I've only been playing on the server for a few hours, and It has been fun so far, I'm sure it will keep me entertained for a while because it seems like a great server so far.

Age: I am currently 14 years old and i had my birthday earlier this year, that being said im not turning 15 and im 14 years old. Although my maturity can already be judged as not being as good as a older range, i have been told my peers and my friends that although i can say some stupid things at times im quite mature for my age group.
How many hours can you play each day: Each day i can play a minimum of 3 hours, this being said i can play for longer on the weekend than that much i can play during school time. During school days i can play for about 2 - 5 hours and ill try my best to play for as long as i can and only the weekends and holidays i can play from 5 - 12 hours a day. But of course if you need me on at any time for a staff meeting or something like that i will try my best to get on and help what ever needs helping!
Timezone: I live in Australia and to be pacific Tasmania the timezone for me is +10 GMT but still this being said i can try to get on at any time you need me to and ill do my best too so that i can help you out!
Can you record with a decent amount of FPS (30+): Yes i can, and in fact i have a $200 screen recorder/editor so i can pull it out at any time to record and capture any hackers, any raids really anything at all and if you need me to upload i can but not on my main youtube account of 120 subscribers, if you would like my account to be linked i can definitely link it. For my FPS i usually range from 40 - 60 which is to some extent decent but if thats not good enough or i get to much lag or it drops ill just up the ram that i have pacifically dedicated to minecraft.

If not, are you willing to get them: Yes i have Skype and i use it daily and regularly in my life, for instance ill check it once in a while after just doing something else on my computer and seeing whats new, and as for teamspeak i dont have it but i know how to operate it and ill be sure to get it so that i can chat on the Veroxus chat server. If you need to add me on skype i would rather you give me your username as i dont want my username to be actively private to the community.
How long have you actively played VeroxusPvP: I have only played for about 5 hours although for some reason ingame it says ive been only playing for 2 minutes, this being said i love Veroxus so im sure that over the next couple of weeks my hours are going to spike through the roof and ill enjoy every bit of it. Adding on to this no matter the outcome in this staff application im always sure to turn to Veroxus to play factions on with my friends and im always inviting friends to come play with me on it!
Experience on VeroxusPvP: On VeroxusPvP i know the community to an extent as well as talking to the owner, Veroxus, via chat lots of times, as for players i still interact and talk to them just not as much as i talk with my friends and Staff members, im looking forward to meet the rest of the community as i properly have not met lots of them yet, but im sure when i do that i will enjoy all of the new people i meet and definitely make some new friends! My friend arkooburra and i also have a decent base with a farm that gets us Blazes and Skeletons to use there wonderful drops on and we are also both VIP in Veroxus.
Experience as Staff: As staff i surprisingly have quite the amount of experience dating back to when i started playing minecraft, when i first started playing at around the age of 10 or 11 my friend named Jasper or his minecraft username Shadowstealther, he dosnt play minecraft anymore and ive lost contact with him, bought a server after persuading his parents and we named it Glorpcraft, i was young ok xD, anyway i learnt so many commands and permissions and also my coding career started there as i started coding small plugins for our server, so i was an Owner on that, 1 year later i made another server that just further increased my skills with coding, permissions and commands and that server reached a player record of around 30 and then a couple months later i created another server named ShineMC that also got quite popular, so yes i have a loooot of experience. Adding on to that i have become a helper on a variety of servers including, carboncraft, rageraid and swagmc. Also moderating on a ton of servers like carboncraft after i was ranked up and on swagmc i was later promoted to administrator after they decided that i should skip moderator and just go straight to admin. From all of this experience i have learnt so many things, so many commands, so many permissions, so many builds and so many amazing ideas that i think i could help implement into Veroxus.

What sets you apart from other applicants?: I believe i am unique from the other applicants because of my wide variety of knowledge and skills supporting servers, i have a decent maturity level, i am decent with redstone and i can make some awesome creations, i can code which is something that quite a few people struggle with, i can help out anyone who needs help on your server and try to get on as much as i can. Also something that makes this application different from others is the fact that i believe mine is more detail and in depth.

I want to be a Helper because I want to moderate the community, and make sure all the player(s) are happy. I want to make the community even better than it already is, and I want it to become big community. I want to make everyone kind, and make sure they're moderating the community too. I love enforcing rules, and punishing as appropriate. I have so much knowledge, and staff experience, so I want to use that knowledge to answer all questions, enforce rules, moderate, punish as appropriate, and moderate the forums. Moderating, and helping is a passion to me because I know they make other people happy, and make them feel better. I love saying kind things to people, 1, because there is a good reputation on me, and because it makes them feel so much better, even when they are feeling sad, frustrated, depressed, or are mad that they can't figure something out, and they need help. I believe I should be chosen because I'm amazing at moderating, enforcing rules, punishing as appropriate, I have a recording system, and a microphone, I use mature/proper grammar, and I have tons of experience with being a staff member. Moderating, and building are passions for me, and I love helping, even when I'm not in the right mood. I'm extremely respectful on the forums, in-game, and in real life. I can handle all these rules being broken, but I'm not just going to walk by them saying, "Okay, keep going." I write long, and detailed applications, and I never give up when I get rejected. I moderate, and help player(s) without the tag, so even if I get rejected, I'll still help, moderate, and answer any of player(s) questions whenever I'm available too. I believe you guy’s need a younger staff member as maybe, some older staff members may not be as patient with young members, as a young staff member may me. I care so much about this position, and I'm willing to give most of my time for this position. When I suspected hacks, I used an injection client to see how good he was, and he STILL beat me. He's obviously a hacker, therefore he is IP Banned.
