Turns out it's just the HD fix I was using, because I uninstalled SPC and it still had the same error. Now I just gotta figure out how to fix the HDfix thing, cos I hate glitched bricks =P
I tried placing a crafting table and it froze and crashed; would this have anything to do with the HDfix for texture packs that i installed? I wouldn't imagine that it would, seeing as that only deals with textures, and not actual code.
Edit: I found out it happens any time i right click, and it was working before the HD fix, would there be a conflict between the two packs?
I'm looking for a 24/7 freebuild server where I can build cool stuff and have fun. A whitelist would be good so my stuff wouldnt get broken. I don't mind rp or anything like that, just so long as i have access to commands so i can build as much as i want :biggrin.gif:
If there's a server like that, then awesome and I hope i can join :biggrin.gif:
I'm not sure where to view the console to see the exact code that occurs, but whenever I try selecting, changing a chunk selection or anything else like that I get an error saying:
Please report this error: [See console]
java.lang.StackOverflowError.null
Now, I had at first put the worldedit.jar into the minecraft.jar, but I removed it after reading further through this thread and instead places it in the \minecraft\.bin folder.
I can use brushes and the single player commands, but I can't select anything...any ideas?
I love building different things, exciting things and just anything I can think of. I can build houses if need be, but I like building unusual things as well, so please consider me for the whitelist :biggrin.gif: I hope to join your server soon
I don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but I see, to have problems seeing lava at times, I'm sure it's the texture fix because i unpatched it and i see lava properly. Is it a setting I used or anything? I never saw any errors when it ran and everything else seems fine, it's just the lava sometimes.
EDIT: decided to copy the code etc after reading the first post again :tongue.gif: I'm using Tronic, a 32x32 pack, with none of the custom or animated lava or water boxes checked, because the lava ended up looking pretty weird or giving default lava and water textures, which isnt what i wanted.
Edit2: Tried it with 16x16 in the patcher, no boxes checked i think, and it worked, I can see that lava now. Although I'd still prefer it in the 32x32 quality this will do i guess. Is it a fault in the texture fix or the texture pack itself? I'd guess the texture fix if the default textures do it too, but I have no clue.

Also, does freebuild mean we'd be able to have access to the /give command? Because that makes building a LOT easier :tongue.gif:
