I've not played with the FTB launcher yet, so this is theoretical. Adding it to the Technic Launcher wasn't all that hard.

Generally, you need to follow the 'manual' install version of the liteloader install. Find the version.json that is used by the launcher and add the liteloader magic to the forge magic already there.

Id google FTB liteloader and see what's out there.

Stupid, I should have tried that first before bothering you. Works fine now, but I'd still opt to drop liteloader if possible...

    Either way, thanks!

Hey Gaelmare, considering you're the one in charge of the 1.6.4 version of MAtmos, I'd figure you'd be the guy I have to ask about this

I have an issue getting MAtmos to work with FTB for two reasons, firstly, liteloader doesn't seem to recognize the installation, and secondly, I can't figure out how to chain them (as a result of the former). Is there a way to do this, or even better, a way to simply bypass liteloader? I have both forge and FML obviously, but I'm not sure if this requires work on your part.

    Cheers in advance

Looking forward to this being updated, as I finally got myself a rig that is good enough to increase the quality of minecraft.

Don't listen to the Nvidia fanboys, of course a Radeon one will do the job. But a 2,2 GHz CPU is pretty bad. It might work, but I would reccomend getting a better one.

    >Nvidia fanboys
I don't even. Of course a radeon GPU will do the job, but they get ridiculously hot and are usually for long-term processing such as video rendering and editing and the like. For gaming, an Nvidia gpu will be better in most cases (unless it's a really old one)

Would it work on my computer?

    Windows 7 premium
    AND Phenom II X3 720 Processor (3cpus) ~2.8GHz
    8192MB Ram
    NVIDIA Geforce GT 520
    DirectX11
If not please tell me what to upgrade. THanks :)

Definitely. You should look at upgrading your CPU either way however.

    Hello Minecrafters! :)

I know that many people asked that kind of questions before, but:

I'm buying a new computer soon, and I wonder if the one I will probaly buy (HP DV6-6B45EZ) will be able to run MC with the mod.

    Here are the specs:
    • Intel Core i7 2670QM 2,2 GHz (with Intel Turbo Boost)
    • Cache memory L3 of 6 Mo
    • Intel HM65 Express
    • 8 Go DDR3 memory
    • AMD Radeon HD 6770M (2 Go dedicted DDR, up to 6,22 Go)

    Thanks a lot! :D

'2 Go dedicted DDR' I don't know what you're trying to say but that's wrong.
Anyway, get an nVidia GPU if you can.

Made a new clay texture just for practice stuff and because I want the current one out of my pack.

    inspired by

might be a little bland, but yeah. Feedback appreciated etc, still working on that stone. can't seem to get it to tile flawlessly.

With time you will learn how to do things better Kris, practice makes (near) perfect. Keep trying and you'll get there. I went through two erasers while sketching my first piece of proper art, and it took me over a month to complete. Keep at it and you'll get better at it, don't put yourself down and especially don't let other people's opinions get to you.

And seeing as it's Christmas Eve, Merry Christmas everyone!

    Merry christmas indeed o/

I haven't been texturing at all lately, been busy playing Terraria and MC Technic pack :tongue.gif:
Either way I want to do some textures in the near future but I'm not entirely sure about what to make. Any ideas? Another question I would have is if there's any good free photoshop guides anywhere, because I'm starting to find the limitations of PDN (think of burn and dodge tools not being there, instead having to use color picker + layer properties) and would like to move on to PS, but I'm completely clueless ):

    Either way, happy holidays!

Hey thanks for the vote of confidence, ill have a look at doing something when i get some free time. I think its just as much trying to find something that genuinely interests me to skin, after all the trouble is theres alot of really good skins out there already and its always nicer to do something thats not been done before.

    neat, good luck!
