Hm, lots of views and a few downloads, but little posts.

Hm, I don't know, but I think that /may/ be because you are promising what you don't have. Your texture pack doesn't increase fps, and yet you state in your first post that it does. I don't know, but people may feel a bit cheated when they find out that your "fps gain of 10-20%" doesn't work. Really, if you wanted people to download your texture pack, you should have actually just put your opinion, not some bogus fact. If I haven't made it clear by now, change the original post to actually be truthful.

posted a message on [GUIDE] How to set up a bravo server
I wouldn't mind so much buuuuut when I do the easy install all I get is a frozen wasteland with no trees and no Build rights.

Try adding some of the appropriate hooks to bravo.ini

I have updated the bravo minecraft wiki page to detail current features and upcoming features. At this moment I'm working on a pluggable rank/authentication interface, with the ability for multiple rank systems to be used. Mobs are also coming up.Again, let me stress that Bravo Isn't finished. A minecraft SMP server is complex, and we want to have bravo be as efficient as possible.

If you want to help, and can't code in python, what we could really use right now is help finding discrepancies between lighting as bravo does it and lighting as the vanilla server does it, as at present Bravo's lighting isn't quite right. Not just "light doesn't work" but "Light is different here and here etc", something specific we can work with.

Bravo does have unique features, check http://tiny.cc/Bravo I'll be updating that page over the next few days. Feel free to join #Bravo on irc.freenode.net, MostAwesomeDude, I, Or someone else are ussually on to answer questions.

    Quote from FakeTruth »
If I may be so bold, why would a python server be chosen over a c++ server?
(Just wondering what you are looking for in a server)

Because python has it's advantages over C++, as you should know full well faketruth. It is much more, shall we say, accessible than C++.

Anyway, congrats to the OP for writing such a guide. My own guide looks very similar, though I never got around to spell checking it much. Have I seen you on irc?

posted a message on BAN Cussing!
I think there should be no cussing because there are little kids who are nine who play Minecraft. So I think we should ban cussing because it will lead to a ban or kick from a server. ''Hollow Hills'' has already done that so be careful there. It will also lead to the wrong path in life(cussing and drugs). You don't wanna get caught by your mom doing drugs do you? i know someone who has and they got there punishment. They are now in jail for ten years! So please don't take that path in life.

I f you read this please reply immediatley.

    Thank you!

    With best wishes,

The only thing I found bad with this final version was the complete perma-lag that randomly happens, but aside from that, its golden.
    Goodbye minercpp, Rest in peace!

What about the custom servers? I tried hosting a public server once with the official software, abd it was not a pleasurable experience. Now I use minercpp, because of the anti-greif restoring features. Is that bad?

A way to use certian key combinations or just talking would be nice, as some server's consoles cannot be typed to, so you have to go into minecraft to announce something.

Ram= memory, with more ram you could store larger maps, but without a powerful cpu and graphics card, there would be no fast, efficient way to render it
