Sorry about being late, but I think I know the issue. If you use the MC patcher then install a mod immediately after that adds items/ blocks, those blocks may 'attach' to the default textures. this has happened to me. Mod items = invisible on a tex pack, visible on the normal textures.

You people can't read. I TESTED EVEN WITH A FRESH .MINECRAFT FOLDER, BEFORE I TESTED WITH MODS. IT IS STILL HAPPENING, EVEN ON NEWLY GENERATED WORLDS. NOTHING TO DO WITH PISTONS OR REDSTONE.

I've also read that in multiplayer servers, blocks are taking about 3 seconds till they appear, regardless of lag. Can anyone confirm?

Lol yes I am mad. After bout half an hour of getting my fav setup of mods for 1.7, this happens. It's one of those FFFFUUUUUUUUU moments.

Well as everyone knows, 1.7.3 came out this morning. I didn't have any worlds that were special to me so I went ahead and updated. Now, I can't seem to get item drops from anything. New map, fresh .minecraft folder, and the first thing I do is test the glitch. Punching wood = no wood. Bug fix update is fail.

Are you using a texture pack? If so, try the default textures and see if that solves your issue.

Youtube it. Classic is so full of bugs that its very hard to setup your own server on it. However, there are multiple tuts all over the inernet that show you how to get past the problems.

Hmmmm... Ive seen other complaints of moderator bullying and power usage around here too. Could be that we have a corrupt moderator on our hands.

There are 2 admins. Freaky and Cosmian. Freaky = asshole , Cosmian = The Cool Admin. But the worst part Freaky = server owner. What he does = launch you into the air, then you die. That's it.

Are you sure the server is up/running? I cant seem to get past Connecting To The Server.

Ya same thing with me. In my opinion, the search feature is horrible, and brings up very few topics, and those topics are NOT the ones that I was searching for. Not once since the search feature worked has it helped me.

Wow! I SO wanna join becuase your description and contents of the server really appealed to me!! I'm gonna love this server!

Download the minecraft server.exe from minecraft.net, then save it to an easy to access place, preferably the desktop. Then, double click on the file you just downloaded and a bucnh of other files will generate. You NEED all of these. If you know how or what portforwarding is, do that on port 25565. Then, to test it, type in your internet IP while the server is runnning. Or to completely skip all of this, support yourself and learn to search and not rely on other people.
