I want to improve this server and make it a brighter and happier place, not a server where everybody is rude, supremacist and out and out mean.
I want to have the experience of directing a server this huge additionally making a point to authorize the standards on all players. I always see players disregarding the standards and spamming, being bigot, discourteous, and hacking, etc... It would be such a great amount of less demanding rather than frequently reporting the players on the gatherings. In the event that I don't become acquainted with level of banning its no stresses utilizing the reporting arrangement. In the event that I was going to ban somebody however I would record them.
I have always wanted to help manage a large community. Now you may think I want this position for power and recognition and that I would just treat it as a "shiny new tag", this is incorrect. I love helping people and have been assisting users on servers since I matured and grew up from a little kid, helping from positions which vary from default to owner.
Now of course on every popular server you get the rule-breakers, the trouble makers and the hackers etc, these can cause quite the problem if there is a lack of staff on the server. If I was to be accepted into team you would gain another staff member in the GMT timezone, when staff can't be on in the morning or are busy it gives an open window to those rule breakers to go against the rules freely until a staff member comes on to put a stop to it or until the report on that player is seen. Not that there is much rule-breaking going on when the staff members are off but if you were to accept me I could clean up the mess in that timezone thus making reports faster and making it easier and quicker for fellow staff members.
I shall maintain my activity on the server and the forums, due to the qualities I possess. I have thorough experience in carrying out a position of responsibility and know how to act accordingly. I'm not going to list all the ranks I have been and how many times, as several of those servers have shut down now and it would be pointless to boast about being a certain number of times being a rank as that's not the point I am trying to get across. I am probably more active on the forums than I am on the server though I do try to even them both out, this allows me to assist users on the forum swiftly and socialize with the community getting myself known as of course teamwork and friendship is an essential value in a staff team. If I was to be accepted as the role of chat-mod I would continue to check and post on the forums as I do so now. I would be able to comment on reports and forward them up to higher members of staff , if needed or deal with the report myself if I have the permissions available. I believe I am a mature and calm mided individual who knows how to react to situations such as spamming, arguing, hacking etc in the correct manner for e.g If two users were arguing I would react with a calm manner upon which I carry out with a fair mind and not abuse my powers. Also I have coding and forum knowledge which would boost my abilities to help those on the forums and perhaps server (in consideration of the coding and forum knowledge).
Another thing I must point out is that I believe myself to be an expert at factions now (not at tactics etc but on the commands) and so helping those who ask for help concerning factions I will be able to answer quickly and efficiently as opposed to other members who may not know as much about factions, despite factions being quite easy to grasp. I also have experience which many other plugin.
I answer every question that is asked that has not already been answered and that I know the answer too. As a player anmod I wish to aid in maintaining a welcoming and child-friendly community which you have achieved so that new players can keep flowing in and main players can enjoy their time on your server

3.) Recruitment Ability: In my own opinion you all are already doing one of the best things to get server staff. I am not 100% sure if you all also have a post on Planet Minecraft or not, but if not I would say posting on there would also be a great idea.
I feel like you all need to know a little more about me for you to have a fair judgement on my ability to do the job at hand. Seeing I feel that one of the most important jobs on a server is the Staff Manager, because if the staff is not well trained and if they do not work well together then the server will not be able to grow a great community.
4.) How important is this to you? Being staff on a Minecraft server is a hobby of mine. I love to meet new people and make new friends. Being apart of a Network like this one is very important to me. It helps me to get away from my normal life and forget about all the bad things that have happened in my life. But do not think I am not serious about my ranks, I take every position I have on a minecraft server seriously. I love to help servers succeed. To join a server like this one to help grow the community is what I have been looking for for a few months now. I have been waiting to find the perfect server for me and I believe I have found the server I am looking for.
5.) Past Experience: After a month of first playing minecraft I got mod on GizmoServers. After 2 months of being mod I became an Admin for 6 months. After that I decided to move on and start up my own servers and help others with their servers. Most recently I was a SrMod on Rising Heroes Skyblock. Also I was a Mod on their Prison server. I have about 2 years of staff experience for server of all types. I also worked for a Disney server known as Pixel Vacations before they shut down, because the owners wanted to go back to their old server. I was also a coordinator for a server that never launched due to lack of funds for the server. I helped to create a few custom gamemodes. If you would like to see these then I will gladly send them to you seeing I did create them myself.
6.) Would you be able to handle this role if it had high stress? As a person with a lot of experience with helping to start and run server I have learned to work very well on working under a lot of stress. Every time I start a new server I like to set deadlines on when things need to be done so I am usually always working under a lot of stress.
7.) How many hours are you willing to dedicate? I can dedicate anywhere from 4-16 hours a day. Whenever you need me to be on, I can be on.
8.) My personality: I am a very fun person to be around. I like to be a chill person. When the mood in a skype call seems to start being dull, I will make a few jokes just to bring up morale in the calls. But I also know when I need to be serious. I am a very mature person also. I am also a very dedicated person. When I start something I like to stick with it until I am finished. I am a very friendly person and can always see the good in everyone. I am very hardworking and will always strive to be the best that I can be. I am also very helpful and like to help out anywhere I can. Anywhere from setting up plugins to just moderating chat. I will always be there to help out.
9.) Anything else you would like to add? I would just like to tell you why you should choose me to be a Staff Manager. I have the passion and drive to make a server succeed. I like to start this with a staff team that is setup for success, whether I am in the staff team or if I am helping to lead the staff team. With a well trained staff team you can do nearly anything. When the staff members love the people that are leading them then it shows in their work ethic on the server. Next I like to get the community. When you have a great community then you can go anywhere. The better the community, the bigger it will get. I also have a vast knowledge in minecraft plugins. I also have a lot of experience in being a staff member on minecraft servers and helping to run them.

About unreal land. I would make a GREAT owner... Fact is true. I know pretty much all the plugins, Group Manager, Pex, Essentials, You name it. I'm very good with DNS and Enjin. I can also code in HTML, but im not the best. Your probaly going to say no, I know that. You dont want someone to just come and ruin your server, I know that. What you bring to the network?: I will bring my five years of server ownership experience, and my willingness to work hard to create an awesome, fun community that everyone can enjoy. I have worked with a large range of plugins, and I can learn how to use new ones very quickly, if needed. Coding wise, I am going to college for Computer Science, and I am completing my second semester of Java programming.

The main reason why I want to apply is so that I can help others achieve a great community, and I would love to do that for you guys. I have backed off of hosting my own stuff to focus more on college, but I would have more than enough time for the Unreal Land Network. I am also a graphic designer, if you need any help in that area.

What you bring to the network?: I have been playing Minecraft since early beta. It has been one of my main games for many years and I have become very familiar with the way that the game works. I have become very familiar with how the game works and how to play the game. I understand all the little things as well as the big things. I also have been told that I have good leadership skills along with communication. I love to help out and I understand when to have fun and be mature. Additionally, in the past I have ran multiple Minecraft survival bukkit servers. All programmed, setup and governed by myself. The last one I had got shut down about two months ago because I lost interest.
