Warn them, then temp mute them, and then for the 3rd time I'll permanently mute them, and they'll have to apply for an unmute through forums, websites, or contact a staff member.
How would you deal with abuse by a Subordinate?
I'd make sure if it was intentionally, and if it was I'd either contact a higher rank (if mod) or, take some action - banning them, or whatever to stop them, until I can get a manager, or strip them of powers myself. What I do depends on how severe the situation or abuse is though. I might let them off with a warning if it isn't extremely big.
How would you deal with abuse by a Superior?
I'd contact a higher rank to deal with it, since I don't have much ability other than telling them to stop.
You find something that is out of the ordinary, what do you do? Depends on the severity, if it's game breaking, I'll try to do whatever in my power, and tell a higher rank what happened.
How would you deal with a hacking situation?
Watch them to see if it's really sketchy, if it is I'll freeze them and bring them into discord/ts to let them admit for short ban, or go through screenshare and if I do find any cheats, I'll blacklist (ipban) them.

About Yourself: Born in England and raised in The States. I love videos games, especially Minecraft. They're just a great way to keep yourself occupied when you're bored. How would you deal with a spammer? Have concrete proof they have indeed spammed. I would give them a warning to stop spamming, if they do not listen and keep spamming, ill tempmute them for around 15-30 minutes maybe.
How would you deal with abuse by a Subordinate? As above, make sure i have proof of the subordinate abusing their power, and result to higher officials. I would also check their history and see exactly what they have done.
How would you deal with abuse by a Superior? As above, make sure i have proof of the superior abusing their power and i would report to an owner or higher official. I would check their history prior to this as well.
You find something that is out of the ordinary, what do you do? Immediately report to other officials, eventually bring it up to admins. try to make sure everything is sorted out. If it is a serious issue, then I will do everything i can to resolve it by contacting as many officials and the owner right away.
How would you deal with a hacking situation? I think hacking should not be allowed at all. If i think someone was shady and was performing some kind of hack, i would make sure I had proof of their doings and ask them kindly to turn them off. If they do not then i would tempban them. I would consult with other mods first though.

Previous Experience: I have been a Moderator on two servers in my years of playing Minecraft. One server was shut down due to short staff and too many people. The other was shut down by the owner because he went off to college and gave up Minecraft entirely. Didn't even think about passing the torch to another admin or trusted official.
About Yourself: I'm a teenager who absolutely loves video games. I've owned every Call of Duty expect Infinite Warfare because that game looks like Halo. I have a PS4 in which I also play Minecraft on, but i come on my PC so i can play with amazing mods and play mini-games. I mostly play on the PC. I wouldn't really call myself a geek, but i just think video games are the best way of entertainment. I also have Battlefield 1 and GTA V anda very large assortment of games. Music is also a big part of my life. I make it using Fl Studio Pro 12 and I even have a music promotion channel. Sort of like Monstercat and MrSuicideSheep. Why should you be Appointed: I will bring peace and justice to the server. I want this server to be really fun and extremely social. Yet if there are people being *insert swear word(s) of your choice* to each other and the situation needs to be dealt with, I will certainly deal with them in a strict, mature way. I wont be banning everyone 24/7, I will warn them and make sure they know if they're being too rude and are spamming too much, they they will be booted. I also love the feeling of management. How would you deal with a spammer? Spammers are practically pigeons. Always flying around crapping on everyone's business. I will give them two warnings to stop, then if they do not comply to my asking I will mute them so they can still enjoy the server, but they cannot be rude and obnoxious to everyone. Just unmute them after 30-60 minutes and see if they will behave. If they start to spam again then youre back to being muted again.
How would you deal with abuse by a Subordinate? Make sure I have proof that they are abusing. Check their history of bans and other actions. I would talk to higher authority with the situation too if it does get a little out of hand
How would you deal with abuse by a Superior? Similar to above, make sure i have proof of what they committed then report to higher officials.

Previous Experience: As an avid member of the Minecraft community, I'm quite well versed in moderating, administrating, and owning Minecraft servers. Previously, I've been a form of moderator on 5 servers, administrator on 3, and owned 2. I'm also currently an administrator on the Eternal Venom minecraft server, which is in development, and an owner of Aftermath MC, part of the up and coming Tenebres network (I'll still have enough time to be active on all 3). Also, in terms of general Minecraft experience, I've been playing for 4 years. I've seen the evolution of servers from small, vanilla multiplayers to large, custom networks that add in many new features, like minigames. I also know how the game functions in general, in terms of general game knowledge I can answer almost any question.
About Yourself: My name is Justin, and I'm 16 years old (as stated above), my passions in life are video games, dogs, and working out. I love to play different games, such as overwatch, league of legends, and Minecraft! If I were to describe myself in a sentence, I would say I'm a friendly, hard working guy that is devoted to everything I do. Why should you be appointed: Well, for starters, as I stated above I'm very experienced. Compared to some other staff I know the ins and outs of Minecraft servers; how they function both in the coding and the community. If the owner needs help with making a decision, I'm more then willing to advise him on certain paths he could take to make the server better in general. I'm very friendly and easygoing on the server, I want to make all players regardless of position feel welcome on the server; an online home so to speak. Although this may not be important, I'm a pretty decent builder. I like to consider myself capable of building decent looking structures, so if you need something built or someone to help build, I'm always available (I didn't apply for builder since I like to prioritize being staff, just putting it out there!). I'm a hard working individual, so as I stated above if you need anything done I'll be happy to accept. Also, whilst this may not be considered as important as some other things, I felt like mentioning my grammar is worth mentioning. I like to use mostly correct grammar, and polite language in all chats, regardless if they're public or private. Having correct grammar helps the server seem more professional in my opinion, saying something such as "we welcome u to the server :D" doesn't give new players a good first impression, however saying something like "Hello! Welcome to the UniverseNetwork server!" helps give new players an idea that the server is really mean to be a professional, yet fun environment.
I think that your server will become a thriving hub of the minecraft community. Everything is well organized and you seem to be a very capable individual. I would like to help the server's journey to greatness, and share my experiences to better improve the minecraft server community!
How would you deal with a spammer?: First off, I would message him with a warning. If he didn't listen to the warning, I would then send another warning along with a threat. If he doesn't listen to that, then I'd either temporarily mute him for a duration not exceeding 10 minutes or kick him with another threat. If he doesn't listen to that either, I would temporarily mute him for a time not exceeding 30 minutes or temporarily ban him/her for a duration not exceeding 15 minutes. If he/she doesn't listen to that, I would temporarily bam him/her for a time not exceeding an hour. If they started to spam after that hour, I would permanently ban them. Of course, this has exceptions, for example if a player spammed advertisements, it's clear they have no interesting playing on the server at all, so I would immediately skip to permanently banning them
How would you deal with abuse by a subordinate: If one of my subordinates was abusing, I would message them telling them to stop what they're doing immediately along with a threat. If they kept abusing, I would kick them or temporarily ban them for a time not exceeding 15 minutes, depending on the severity of the situation. If that didn't faze them, and they still kept abusing, I would temporarily ban them for a time not exceeding an hour. If they STILL abuse then I would temporarily ban them for 24 hours; whilst it's not my place to demote staff I'd keep it so they wouldn't be able to abuse until someone who could demote staff made the decision to demote them or not.
How would you deal with abuse by a superior: If my superior was abusing, I would message them asking what was going on, and why they were acting that way. I couldn't threaten them, as they're my superior, however I would take screenshots about what happened, and what he was doing. I would then send them to the director, or anyone above the staff member who was abusing, and let them take it from there.
You find something out of the ordinary. What do you do?: Well, if I found something out of the ordinary, there are multiple things I could do. If it was actively harming the server or interfering with gameplay, such as a redstone lag machine, or a block glitch effectively making a player or a base invincible, I would try to track down the culprit and ask him what he was trying to accomplish. I would also most likely remove whatever was causing the issue; if I couldn't (beyond my power as a mod) I would try to message any staff higher then me to come and fix the issue. If it's not harming the server or gameplay, then I would try to find out if someone was the cause and ask him the purpose. I would most likely ask him to remove it, as if it's out of the ordinary it shouldn't be on the server.
How would you deal with a hacker: First off, I would need proper evidence such as a recording or a screenshot. Without proper evidence I couldn't take action, even if I suspected something. If I found out a player was hacking, I would give them a warning and a threat. I would also talk to them, asking why he was hacking and his motives behind it. If he kept hacking after my warning, I would immediately temporarily ban him for a time not exceeding 1 hour (it depends on the hack). If he comes back again and starts hacking, I'll temp ban him for a time not exceeding 12 hours. If he comes back in 12 hours and hacks AGAIN, I will permanently ban him. Whilst this is all happening, I would either try to fix the damage he was causing or, if he was doing something like the spawn, ask an admin to come on and repair it.
What permissions do you believe your position should have: I think mods should have ban, temp ban, and mute permissions as well as /tp. In my mind, I believe moderators are just normal players who have the extra responsibility of managing the chat. I think they should have teleport because, if they need to help a player who, say, has been griefed, they could immediately teleport to the player and fix the issue. However, other then that, I don't think they need any other permissions until they get to administrator.

Previous Experience: I had Experience of having a Mod Rank on a small server which is still developing. The server is closed since it wasn't ready yet. But once it is we will release it but I'm that kind of person who loves to do work so I'm applying for this server since I see True potential which always means that this server has a great future ahead of you!
About Yourself: I believe that I am a hard working, devoted person that will take up any challenge that I am given, I have a sense of humor and will encourage and help people that are experiencing difficulties of any kind. my friends tell me that I am trustworthy and reliable and will not be afraid to talk to people! Plus I used to be a Hacker but that was the worst decision of my life but one thing came good about it and that is that I can easily detect hackers who are hacking behind my back which will be useful in your server!
Why Should you be Appointed: I feel like this server has true potential like I said last time which means that your server has a great future ahead of you! Becoming a Moderator or Trainee will be an awesome experience for me! I will be able to build an environment for people who want to play minigames that you had provided us! Getting rid of cheaters will also help me to accomplished my goal if I want to build a better environment. These cheaters will always try their best to ruin everyone's fun but If I get accepted I will be able to eliminate almost every hacker since I used to be one myself. Becoming a Hacker was a terrible mistake but One good thing came out of it which will help me recognize hackers who is trying to hack behind my back. I will be able to moderate Lobby and Games Almost daily :).

How would you deal with a spammer?
First I'll give them a warning but if they continue then I'll give them a temporally mute but if they keep doing it after that then I have no choice but the permanently mute him/her.
How would you deal with Abuse by a Subordinate?
The first thing I will do is to find proof. I'll probably get help from another rank that is higher than me to solve this problem.
If this person found himself guilty then ill tell the Owner or the higher rank then me to punish them
How would you deal with Abuse by a Superior?
I'll first try and contact the owner since I can't do anything if they are a higher rank than me but once I gather enough evidences then ill be able to give this evidence to the Owner and he/she will come up with a punishment!
You find something out of the ordinary, what do you do?
I'll report it to the higher ranks etc admins or especially the Owner
How would you deal with a Hacker?
I'll first try and find how are they hacking and once I have the reason then I'll permanently ban them
