The Mesa sunset/sunrise made me partially blind.

That's not even a game picture!

    Quote from Sir_Ender

I am for about 2/3 of these ideas, especially the nothern lights and mesa sunset. Those would make minecraft more beautiful or as beutiful as a video game can be.

I dont think any of the ideas I dont like would be game breakers but the ring of fire would be annoying and pointless. I guess it would help people who cant find nether fortresses but that's about it...

Don't worry about it. Ring of fire is rare, like the rest of them. You won't be seeing it too much.

Lapiz Lazuli is rather useless, but I don't really care for your suggested uses. They still seem useless. I think a better use for it might be carving it into decorative blocks and items. I might make a suggestion for that eventually myself, should I find the motivation to think it through properly.

I presume that if carving would be added, it would not be limited to lapis.

    Quote from Yourself797

It doesn't really make much sense, and isn't even that useful. And how would this be done?

I kind of like this. Half-support?

Lapis would be treated as a water source block for crops. That would allow you to plant crops in the Nether. As for sense, do Iron beacons make sense?

    I support.

    Anyways, I support!

    Quote from TheEpicDude2

    Why not?

    Support.

PS: Maybe lapis lazuli blocks could also repel endermen because it would be used to moisten crops in the nether!

    PSS: My 800th post!

    Not a bad idea.

    Thank you supporters.

Added a few more uses. Edited poll.

In addition we might suggest that you read the read before making suggestions thread. It should help you make valid suggestions. Here it is:http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1228204-please-read-this-before-making-a-suggestion/

Most ironically, the author of that thread is right above me.

This would work well with bonus chest, instead of exploring, because by the time a player finds one of them, save golems and edstone and advanced recipes, it's all redundant by then. So how about the advanced ones can go in those temples, but the basic ones go in bonuschest. Otherwise, we have to thank you for coming up with a brilliant solution and nice tectures. Of course, Support.

Great, once again, I gotta be that guy who comes here and breaks the "I support" chain. I don't enjoy being that guy, and I'm gonna rope myself in for a bunch of more angry looks and "yes, you do enjoy being that guy" posts. There is nothing wrong with being that guy, the intent is the only matter.

It seems very overpowered. You mention how the stack of 16 is there for balance, but then you suggest something that completely circumvents that... Then you suggest enchantments that seriously beef up these ender pearls to even more overpowered levels.

It seems that way, but think about all the enderman you have to kill! It's pretty hard in the overworld, and byt he time your in the end, you probably have everything. But not including that, it's still not that OP. You still take fall-damage, so you can't really use i continually. Most likely a player would use it for quick escapes.

You are about right with the enchantments, though. They could simply be limited to I and clone can be removed.

The most useless ore in minecraft needs a buff. It may be nicest looking one, but it is overshadowed by the other ores. So we might give it a few well deserved buffs.

Crops: Lapis can moisten tilled soil, so that crops could grow as if they had a source of water. This allow crops in to grow well in the Nether. They only hydrate a 2-block radius though

Reverse: Can be brewed with any splash potion to turn it into a regular potion.

Slabs, stairs: SImply slabs and stairs for the lapis block.

Ender-free zone:Lapis Endermen stay out of 2-blocks range of lapis: Note: If angered thay will still attack you, even if you are inside a lapis sphere of influence.

You will be finding that you won't have as much lapis in your chest!Constuctive criticism is approved of.

I really don't think this is such a great idea. Adding and building is really a job for players. I can see all the effort you put into this, but Minecraft, especially survival is where the player builds, not NPC's. The only way I could imagine this working was if he would trade for building materials, and even then it might not be a stellar idea. In addition, I don't think many players would be happy with NPc's building traps in places.

    Quote from TheAerofans

If you didn't throw the splash potion far enough, you would get whatever positive/negative effect the potion has. And if you don't get out of the contaminated area, you will continue to receive the effect.

Let me put it this way, the contaminated area acts like a temporary beacon. The actual duration for it to wear off would be somewhere around 1 minute.

A minute sounds like a bit too much, 30 sec. sounds good. And I think you misunderstood my other question, could arrows receive positive potion effects, and if so would the receiver of the arrow still get damage from the arrow if it has a positive effect.
