You expect a refund because someone killed you in a cell.
The fact that this person is carrying a sword does not mean you get a refund..it simply means he has a weapon.
Attacking someone who doesn't fight back is not breaking a rule....
You are complaining about some iron, food, and wood. Poor you. Players have lost inventories of things that were much more valuable then your easily retainable crap.

No, I was not joking. I read the post. What you may see as insults may very well be someone trying to convey their concerns. They clearly care for Killion. All I had to say. No need to lash out at me. I am NOT trying to argue.
Please do not complain, Mark and Starzy have put multiple hours into killion and all the Evolution Gaming servers. They do not want the money, they want the community and sense of joy and happiness of playing on their servers, if they had not worked as hard as they have had to create what they have, things like Killion would be a mere dream. Mark and Starzy's effort goes to show that a dream can be turned into a reality and the players must know this, and must know that despite the block lag and other things, it is the community and sense of friendship that shines in the Evolutiongaming servers, and to be honest you must not appreciate the time and effort put into running such a great and successful server. No matter what you said Killion and the Evolutiongaming servers lacked and what you thought mark and Starzy made them for, please just do not as Notor said repay them with this post of sheer insults and disrespect of such a high grade, and two final points, if it was you would you want someone saying this? Also if you are going to say the server is dying I want to tell you something-Once a server begins to die the server is dead, once the server is dead the server shall never rise-With Around 35 new players joining ever 3 hours Killion is a famous, always growing server and if you say that why do you play and more importantly why do you care if you are going to make that disrespectful post about Killion and say the server is dying, why do you care, why do you play here then?

Your interpretation of that post was not at all what the person who posted the message intended. He/she is simply stating that they believe donation money is being pocketed rather than being put towards improving problems the server(s) currently face. We all know how much work Markillion and Starzy put into the EG servers. This person is clearly quite concerned for the future well-being of he server. This was in no way a post of sheer insults. I myself have no opinion in the matter, I am just trying to clear the air here. Thank you.

I took no part in that. I was merely present, the only blocks I placed were an attempt to get out of an entrapment. Don't try to be smart. I was trapped inside your doorway for the duration of the attack. As a matter of fact you tried to kill me with lava, which is equivalent to a temporary ban. Too bad I don't have fraps. Before you try to be smart with someone when they are trying to do something seriously, think about it for a moment, and especially when you are the biggest griefer here.

If so, why and for how long?: It pains me to say, though I must not lie, I have been muted before as well as banned temporarily. The reasons for my mute(s) were either a result of a heated debate or argument, but never have I, nor will I use offenses such as racism, homophobic, or any other offensive slurs. The reason for my temporary (3 day) ban was a result of the Gene incident which I believe we are all familiar with. I have never taken part in grief since the incident, which was not an act of hate or revenge, simply participating in what seemed like "fun." It was an elementary mistake and, of course, I have regretted it since.
Why do you believe you're suitable for the Moderation role?: In my experience in KDC, I have witnessed countless children who believe it is perfectly alright for them to to offend whomever they please. I have seen far too many homophobic and racial slurs that sicken me to my core. The factor that pushed me to make this application is having seen no action (not even a warning) taken to prevent these immature children from continuing to offend the Killion community. I myself have always been offended by such terms (which I refuse to apply here) and I plan to put an end to it each and every time I see it. As for those who spam/advertise (or both), I believe I can truly help to prevent/stop it as soon as it occurs.
Extra Information: I have full knowledge of all of the rules of KDC as well as the rules of Chat Moderating. I am always eager to help a fellow player in need when I am able to do so. I know that many of you may know me to be someone who may be immature at times, but when I am put to the test I am truly passionate in what I pursue. Give me the authority and I promise you that you I can show you this much is factual. Please do not doubt me, put me to the test, let me help make the Community of Killion that much better. Wouldn't the best decision in the matter be to TEMP ban... The guard could very well have been hacked.
