Why are you better than others
I am great at building modern things (such as spawns) and also have a vast knowledge in plugins. I know the plugins someone would need to get the best experience possible. Due to my past experience in servers and hackers, I can easily see if someone is hacking or not. I am also a GFX Artist (only a beginner :P) and can make a logo for this server if needed!

What do you say when your friends asks for staff?
I would say apply to the server(if we need staff) and would give them a reference, because there a good person. Unless I know that they would abuse there powers, then I would tell them to apply, but whoever is accepting/denying them, I will tell them that.
What do you do when a staff member is abusing their power?
If another staff member is abusing there powers, then I would call a higher staff rank than them, to make them face the consequences. Otherwise if I am a higher rank than them, I would call them out, and then make them face their consequences.
Anything else(boosts chance of acceptance) (Same as Mod but need more information) I am a very energetic person IRL and love to help people in need. Minecraft is a very fun game is deserves to be enjoyed by everyone. I enjoy building creations through my imagination in minecraft. I also enjoy doing and making parkour because I personally think i'm good at it :3.I am a friendly person but if you get on my bad side then i'm not. My main goal is to make sure everyone is playing in a friendly environment and not having any trouble. I like to make jokes and making jokes, can help me cheer people up. I do not like to see people in a bad mood, I try my best to change it. If anyone has a unfair advantage them I would not tolerate them and would make sure they get punished. One of my hobbies is building in minecraft because of my imagination. Minecraft is a game that should be enjoyed and if someone is not enjoying it then i would help them change that.

Experience Playing Factions:
I have been playing factions for 2 years now. I know the plugins necessarily needed to run a good faction server. I also am a good PVPer but when I have the upper hand, or it same gear. I have gotten OP on some servers that I played for a few months.
Experience Playing Prison:
I am not really a prison player now, but before I played it for a while. I can relearn prison, and easily grind into it and get to top rank or so.
Experience Playing Skywars:
I had my skywars phase about 2 years ago. While I played factions (I still do) I played skywars as well. I know the basic plugins for this mini-game as well, and am good at skywars. This bring my PVPing and competitive side out. It shows that good gear/weapons isn't everything

I am okay at building but in times I can be a good builder. I am better at more modern builds, than anything else.
