I'd like to clarify a little on how the logs on the meetings are kept
The CC meets Bi-Weekly, but an "emergency" meeting can be called.
The CC Makes a leader for the month who just leads the meetings.
At the end of each meeting, the leader has to post on the forum what went down.. For example
