    Another recommendation from moi :)

    I use them for a small server for me and friends, and the server has amazing up time, no lag, and is a breeze to work with.

    Recently been setting up Tekkit, and the support were immensely helpful during that process!

    Great price, and great service, you can't go wrong :)

    It's a BASE SKIN.

    Meaning it's just a rough plan - no proper texturing, and no colouring. It's far from complete.
    Notch even said it was a base in the same tweet.

    117 is the so-called shifted index.

    Block-IDs are from 0 - 255, therefore all Item-IDs are >255.

    373 (ID) - 256 (shift) = 117 (shifted index)

    Ah, makes sense. Didn't think of that. Thankee.

    The potion item ID is actually 373. 117 does not exsist according to the server. And /give (person) definetly gives you a Mundane potion

      public static uk bs = new dn(117).a(13, 8).a("potion");

    117.

    I'm trying to find where 373 is in the jar, it's not in the normal items file.
    It could be that that's a base for potions, and some mod() is used to determine the ID of each potion type on top of that - not sure. Would explain the 373.
    Would also make searching for these potions a *****.

    Shift+Click's been around since 1.5, I think.

    Anyhoo, I'm trying to see what else I can get from potions in the jar file.

    Come across these as part of vt:
        public static final vt c = new vt(1).a("potion.moveSpeed").a(0, 0);
      public static final vt d = new vt(2).g().a("potion.moveSlowdown").a(1, 0);
      public static final vt e = new vt(3).a("potion.digSpeed").a(2, 0);
      public static final vt f = new vt(4).g().a("potion.digSlowDown").a(3, 0);
      public static final vt g = new vt(5).a("potion.damageBoost").a(4, 0);
      public static final vt h = new adr(6).a("potion.heal");
      public static final vt i = new adr(7).g().a("potion.harm");
      public static final vt j = new vt(8).a("potion.jump").a(2, 1);
      public static final vt k = new vt(9).g().a("potion.confusion").a(3, 1);
      public static final vt l = new vt(10).a("potion.regeneration").a(7, 0);
      public static final vt m = new vt(11).a("potion.resistance").a(6, 1);
      public static final vt n = new vt(12).a("potion.fireResistance").a(7, 1);
      public static final vt o = new vt(13).a("potion.waterBreathing").a(0, 2);
      public static final vt p = new vt(14).a("potion.invisibility").a(0, 1);
      public static final vt q = new vt(15).g().a("potion.blindness").a(5, 1);
      public static final vt r = new vt(16).a("potion.nightVision").a(4, 1);
      public static final vt s = new vt(17).g().a("potion.hunger").a(1, 1);
      public static final vt t = new vt(18).g().a("potion.weakness").a(5, 0);
      public static final vt u = new vt(19).g().a("potion.poison").a(6, 0);

    Which gives these potion types:
    moveSpeed
    moveSlowdown
    digSpeed
    digSlowdown
    damageBoost
    jump
    confusion
    regeneration
    resistance
    fireResistance
    waterBreathing
    invisiblity
    blindness
    nightVision
    hunger
    weakness
    poison

    However, I am pretty sure these were in the jar way before 1.9.

    Lastly, this is the block of code where I originally got the prefixes from, these seem to match up with the effects above, but I'm not sure where this translates to potions ingame at the moment:

      static
      {
        a.put(Integer.valueOf(vt.c.a()), "!10 & !4 & 5*2+0 & >1 | !7 & !4 & 5*2+0 & >1");

    Ok, going on one of notch's latest tweets: "Yeeesss!! Arbitrary NBT Data per Item Instance is done! Works in both single player and multi player. :biggrin.gif: :biggrin.gif:"
    and: "What it means? It means we can do item enchantments, item naming, more than "just" 65k possible maps per level, and all sorts of nonsense."
    Source being here (scroll down and you'll see it)

    I guess this means that we will have 'classes' of items now. Some of them would definitely be used for potions, others I'm guessing for weapons and then others (dashing, charming?) I'm not really sure about.
    Cool stuff! :biggrin.gif:

    Those are all classified as potion.prefix.

    "potion.prefix.mundane", "potion.prefix.uninteresting", ....

    This could mean these are specifically potion only, or it's more generic and could be related to enhancements to items as well. (As potion works for that too)

    That, or an incubator for eggs later on? Not sure.
    No new block IDs or recipes that would fit it =/. Guessing it's just there to tease us for now knowing notch and jeb_

    From the OP:

    Chain armor now craftable. Unconfirmed.

    Nope, need fire to craft, so no legitimate method still.

    And just so it gets caught, another new recipe:

    Pumpkin Block = 4x Pumpkin Seeds

    (I need this confirmed)

    uk is the item class not the block class. So uk.bf is a melon slice not melon block. This means melon slices can turn into seeds, not blocks.

    This was already implemented in 1.9pre1.

    That's why I said the item, not the block =p. I know those classes.

    Didn't know the recipes were already in though, so good to know anyway.

    The pumpkin one was already in 1.9pre1 as well then I take it?

    If so, only the 3 new item recipes are.. well, new. Nothing else seems to be added.

    A melon on it's own should be able to turn into a melon seed, apparently.

    new wc(uk.bh), new Object[] { "M", Character.valueOf('M'), uk.bf });

    uk.bh = Melon seeds, uk.bf = Melon (The item, not the block).

    Also:
    One pumpkin block = 4 pumpkin seeds.

    As well as the fermented spider eye, blaze powder, and magma cream which are already mentioned.

    There aren't any potion recipes yet that I can see.

    Can someone test these?

    Still needs fire to be crafted.

    I'm looking through the crafting related classes atm trying to find anything new.
    No new armours.
