Well, I currently have a laptop with terrible graphics. So with a little research, I came across a device that lets you attach a powerful graphics card to your Lappy via an adapter and ExpressCard. It's called PE4L and I was wondering if anybody here had any experience with it and could tell me if this setup would work.
-Dell Inspiron 1545
-Pentium Dual-Core T4300 @ 2.1GHz
-3GB of RAM
-Intel 4500MHD graphics (Shown up as Mobile Intel Express 4 Family Chipset)
-Includes 1 ExpressCard slot.
Im planning on buying:
-Nvidia GeForce GTX460 Graphics Card
-Corsair 430W PSU
If I recall, I would be able to use the GTX460 by using the x1.Opt Link but I just wanted to make sure everything is compatible. Also, if there is any extra things you need to do that I may be not aware of, feel free to also tell. Thanks!

Jun 29, 2011I have had this Inspiron 1545 for a year so far and I've been pretty content with it. Its current specs are:Posted in: Computer Science and Technology
- Pentium Dual-Core CPU T4300 @ 2.10GHz
- 3GB of RAM
- 64 Bit Operating System
- Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family
I was wondering if I could upgrade my CPU to a Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E4600 or E4700. Would my Computer be able to handle it? Also, I was not sure about upgrading the graphics. I've read that they can't be upgraded because they are soldered, but they can due to a slot in the PC.
May 10, 2011Some people just don't get stuff right away. Ask your teacher about what you can do, they may seem like a jerk to you but they are there to help. Once the teacher points you in a direction, follow it with full faith. They would never lie to you.Posted in: General Off Topic

May 3, 2011The far lands is a magical place when minecrafts float value begins to overflow. Your terrain generation will look like you are on acid and nothing will make sense. Nobody has been able to fully explore the farlands without alot of lag and pain. Once you go there, that chunk will never unload.Posted in: Survival Mode
