When i started it i had no intentions for it to look like the Empire State Buiding it just kinda ended up like that haha.
Having a efficiency 5 unbreaking 3 diamond pick helps alot.
I must admit i kinda cheated making the tower by changing it to peaceful. Endermen while collecting obsidian in the End were just way too annoying.
As was gettin shot off the top of tower by a skeleton.
thank you all for the ideas and nice comments will try to post more pics when i decide what do add to the tower
I don't think there are skeletons in the end.
Amazing project though! Maybe you could add some nether brick tendrils to be seeping out and have a portal (like a "taint" spreading out into the wilderness) and get rid of all tree, only leaving some small stumps? Change the grass around it from something besides grass?
This is amazing, but unless your using a land claiming system that some faction servers have, couldn't they just dive down and break through the glass?
Splash potions of instant damage 2, get 3 or 4 and if you get even two in the face hes dead. This has the added bonus of not being able to block with milk(only negates poison affects already on you, doesn't restore lost health) and avoids all armor meaning you should get the armor intact with little too no effort, besides getting a potion stand or the glowstone and other ingredients for it. EDIT: Didn't see Darksignal's post
Snow biomes aren't that bad though. The snow can be used to build, torches and other lighting blocks repel snow, and snow only falls when it rains which can be turned off.
Ok, but needs more content, and the tundra is easy to survive in! Animals DO spawn there abundantly, there are some pretty good mountains to build a home in, there are about as much trees as in a extreme hills, and you can build a house out of snow which is infinite(snow falls during snowstorms). Also you should add some basic building syles and crafting recipes, ores, mobs, and how to deal with mobs.
The best i've managed to do was a lever that led down into the walls of a castle and automatically closed the gates with sticky pistons when on, and when powered off the stones retract into the wall and 4 blocks spring up connected to sticky pistons from a lava moat to make a bridge. It took about an hour to make and would have gone faster if i realized faster that the redstone torch needs to be on top of a block with redstone running into it so that it would power off and the pistons wouldnt always be on /derp/
1. We aren't going to give you tons of rep just because you want to see what people think.
2. You can make a poll, you know.
