Um.. I just downloaded this. I downloaded everything with Windows XP, and it all downloaded fine, but..
now, I cant start a new world. It keeps crashing. So, basically, I can't play anymore, PLUS, I don't even get to see the animals. I'm expecting a reasonable answer for this.
Make sure you Deleted the META-INF folder inside minecraft.jar
I've had no issues with this mod on XP ever sooo. not sure. Switched to 64 bit 7 and still have no issues. Although operating system doesn't really matter much with java lol

That's happening to me, exact same thing. Delete your bin folder and it will work again, but I get no animals to show up either.
Oh and by the way, you have to start a new server to see the animals.

Im not really new to skinning, but im new to the 3D stuff. I would I make it 3D, is there a new template? Or do I just draw outside the perimeter of the head (for a hat, as an example.)
