Sorry for being inactive for a long time,I was quite busy.Anyways,I got a game engine called Unity and it ran great.The only problem was that I needed a 3D object creator to make models and export it to Unity.I found that most people used Blender,but after downloading it,it said it required OpenGL 2.1 support and I only had OpenGL 1.4.I was searching everywhere and found nothing.So could you please help me and tell me?
Chances are you're not going to find any good "computer giveaways" anywhere in Libya. Even on the American Black Friday there'd be sales on computers and computer equipment that cut prices by more than half, but you'll still be looking at over a couple hundred dollars for a good one. Even on Cyber Monday, and even then those deals may be region locked so as to rake in on the American hyp for Christmas.
Your best bet for deals like those is to immigrate, but that's a lot of extra costs just for one computer.

I play with an Algerian guy and he has a decent PC, net is pretty bad though. I don't know if he buys from French sites or something. Basically, the only options are getting a job or waiting for eternity to be incredibly lucky and get one for free - let alone getting a good one for free..
Yep.Internet is REALLY bad.The fastest thing I get is 200 kilobytes PS.Once I tried to download a 7GB file while the internet was weak and I got 500 bytes PS.Utorrent said I have to wait 3 years and 11 weeks for the download to finish.LOL
I guess I need to be patient....

There's no point. That netbook is at probably 10 years old at this point.
You could get a nicer computer for the cost of a SSD. An external GPU setup will cost at least $200 for a PSU, adapter, and a bottom-line GPU. And it'll still be insanely slow.
It is only 6 years old.But I got it 2 years ago.

I mean you can upgrade it, just don't expect a huge difference in performance. And it's not worth adding more than 2gb anyways.
