    Color Corrected Clay
Were you ever annoyed because the stained clay colors are all tinted an awkward brownish color? That white isn't white, damnit! This texture pack will fix that problem - all stained clays have been white-balanced back to colors that more closely resemble wool and glass. White, silver, gray, and black have also been grayscaled to make sure they're clean.

This is useful for pixel art and building - white and gray/black look very good together to create a Portal-like atmosphere. Experiment, and enjoy!

This pack will work on any version after 1.6.4, when stained clay blocks (and resource packs) were added.

posted a message on Small Gadgets Showcase
Rather than the forum full of smaller posts about smaller things, if you have made an interesting machine, redstone shenanigan, or another functional (though not necessarily useful) device, post it here! This way, others can get ideas and learn techniques so we can collectively build better devices! This thread is in general meant for stuff that does things, rather than things just meant to be pretty, so keep that in mind. It doesn't have to be SethBling level of redstone, though, so don't worry too much.

Things that you CAN put here:
    • Small minigames that aren't very advanced but still cool
    • Interesting cannons
    • That cool new mob that you just made using custom spawners
    • Chicken guns :D
    • Hopper sorting systems
    • New redstone circuits
    • An interesting way to exploit NBT tags or command blocks
    • Questions about how to improve a certain thing.
Things that you SHOULDN'T put here:
    • Spam. Really, nobody wants it.
    • Your awesome chapel. As pretty as it might be, unless it contains a cool gizmo, it doesn't belong here.
    • Your dispenser-on-a-button. Seriously, anyone can do that.
    • Non-constructive or unrelated criticism. If you don't like what someone made, help them improve it instead of bashing on it,
    • Unrelated questions or off-topic comments.
    • Dumb posts In Title Caps Like This or wit impropr gramer & punktuashun
    • Your behemoth minigame like Cake Defense 2, or a giant MCedit thing that took you forever to make. That deserves it's own thread :3
Now that you know what to post, post away :)

posted a message on Slime Block! - Improved Concept - [IMPLEMENTED!]
All my support, although if it takes 9 slimeballs it should be as many as you can fit on the piston; it allows for more possibilities, and seems perfectly balanced to me - that's a lot of slimeballs if you have a bunch on there.

posted a message on Colored Glass and Colored Light! (originally Just the 'Colored Glass!' topic but Mojang added our idea! :D Congrats everyone!)
This is such a great idea. I would prefer the cauldron method, though. Also, it would be better to allow the ability to dye glowstone itself, so you don't have to have these ugly blobs of glass around every glowstone.

posted a message on Reversed / Negative Effects
Actually, this is already mostly implemented. Effect amplitudes are 2's complement signed bytes, meaning that if you use /effect with an amplifier of greater than 127, it will start to be negative. Using the custom potions feature, I have made Potions of Vulnerability by using a resistance -6 effect. An amplifier of 0 makes potion level 1, so -6 (or 249) will double the damage an entity takes. This works for basically all potion effects that are affected by levels: stuff like nausea, invisibility, and night vision will not be affected.

posted a message on Minigames Mod
Nice, though I'd prefer if it's an item that you make that teleports you to a seperate mingame map and when you're done you go back. You cant bring anything with you on the way there. On the way back, you can't take stuff given to you in the minigame except for what you win. When you come back, you are exactly how you were before, but with more XP or other winnings. You enter a minigame by first craftign a controller with like this:
    :|:
    :Iron: :RFlower: :Iron:
    :Iron: :Green: :Iron:

    Where :RFlower: is redstone.
If you replace all :Green: with :Yellow: , the minigame is harder but will give you more stuff.
If you replace all :Green: with :Red: , the minigame is super hard but will give you lots of rewards.

Or, if you like, make all :Green: into :Iron: , all :Yellow: into :GoldBar: , and all :Red: into :Diamond: .

posted a message on Minecraft Logo Alphabet Image + FONT!
We've all seen fonts of the regular text in Minecraft (right here) but I have seen many people ask for a font of the post-1.3 logo, and the best I've seen is this image:

And, while it's good, it's messy and sort of hard to use. Mine is based on the above image but cleaned up and looking much better (though missing the cracks and color, it still mostly retains shape except on a few crappy letters I improved on) so here's the bitmap:

SVG version for use with Inkscape or Adobe Illustrator for converting to fonts, or for larger images:
    Download
    The .TTF!:
    It's finally done!

Also note I included two A's - a "creeper" one and a "regular" one, the creeper one is uppercase, the standard one is lowercase.
