For support other than "roll back your graphics drivers."
I turned off Force Wet Effect and Water Caustics within the Surface Options of the Shader Options and it solved my problem with everything being pink and green during rainfall.
You won't see those pretty water puddles on the ground, but hey, you couldn't see them anyway because of the pink and green-ness.
Hope that helps.

With how little I've accomplished lately, I'm thinking I might skip polishing the 1.7.10 version (or at least prioritize one or two things and leave the rest for later).
I finally got around to working on a separate download page. It's not fully functional (it's missing the actual download part, for example), and it doesn't have proper downloads set up yet, but it currently has the functionality to read a version list and changelogs. You can see it here.

is there a way to make it so that when an NPC is a guard it CANNOT MOVE around in 1.7.10?

Version 2.1.7 released (MC 1.10.2, 1.11.2, 1.12):
Cleaned up my mess from 2.1.6, and managed to track down and fix (I think) two pretty serious bugs that were bothering me for a loooong time.

Sound Physics is a mod that overhauls Minecraft's sound engine to simulate reverberation, sound occlusion/absorption, and physically based sound attenuation. The sound simulation provides interesting aural cues; you'll be able to tell whether a mob can be directly seen and whether it's just around the corner or in a closed-off area with your eyes closed. Exploring caves is much more immersive, and reverberation provides a sense of scale to grand structures or large underground ravines.
I have stopped working on this project for now, but it is open-source and anyone can contribute to it. https://github.com/sonicether/Sound-Physics

Did u enable BLOOM in the shader options?
It seems off, thats why you dont get the same glow. Cause the glow should be there.
Also DOF is still in V.11 except you do have to tweak with the codes in order to get it to work.

Thats not how the shadersmod works.
Like Strum355 says, its not possible.

Sadly as TheVBGuyDaniel also said. SEUS shaders dont support Intel graphics cards.

You can find the textures here:
