It looks awfully plain and mundane. The fact you have two navigation bars with EXACTLY the same thing is bad too. The colours are really drab too. Why is the paragraph text in bold? There does not seem to be any main heading of sorts to grab the attention.
Had I not read further, I would have thought this was one of those Domain for Sale pages.

So right now im working on a website where people will be able to order graphics and what not from me(may have seen my older posts) and I've spent probably 3 hours on this here. And I was wondering what you guys think of it so far and how I could improve it etc. Nothing is final since its only for the looks right now. Opinions and constructive criticism would be nice

I wouldn't pay someone to make a banner for me if they didn't even make their own avatar, but rather used their club penguin character.

So i know how to put together 3D art and 2D art. I can do banners, backgrounds, server icons, wallpapers and more! I can do the lot and I was thinking of putting together a website where people could select what they wanted, select their colour, weather they want 3D or 2D pictures and whatever, pay and then I would make it for them! And I wanna know from you guys, would you use it if you needed? I could do youtube things, server things and all that stuff for a cheap price. If you would use it just tell me and Ill see if I will make it
Also what do you guys think that a good price for the art would be?
Very nice idea! Do you reocn you could find a seed for me where a witch hut and mesa are close together? But the mesa is far enough so it doesnt interfear with a witch hut I want to build
Could someone please make a plugin where it puts people into a lobby and when a certain amount of people join it starts. Theres say a time limit where I can customize it! And when everyone has Finnished it adds up how many people got the right answer. They can then fly around and see everyone elses build for say 5 mins until they get teleported back to spawn. The map the resests and it starts all over again!

So im in the middle of making a server and I have kits on it! But I dont know how to give them enchanted weapons when they click the sign. I can give them normal weapons but no the ennchanted. This is what i have: Pyro:
