He was by no means pressuring the OP to update the pack. He was simply wondering when the estimated time for an update is, not going "OMG UPDATE PLZZZ".

I swear, every time I see one of these topics, with the generic bucket-fill lazy pack, they say,"I didn't want to make an HD photo-realistic pack!" Like there's no middle ground. There's no 16x16 RPG, cartoon, nothing at all but HD realistic and bucket-fill.

This is not smooth, this is stupid. You got the name right, and that's all. I don't try to be rude, but I am blunt, and we have seen this pack thousands of times, and I am not exaggerating.

If you want a smooth pack, look at Bluebird(discontinued), Dandelion, Hazelwood...
You can't resort to 'smooth' because you think it's easy, and trust me when I say this, because it's not. It's more difficult than other types of resource packs. You have to have colours mastered, you need to understand how to put details without using details, you need to be able to texture without texture.

It's quite the contradictory type of pack, and that's why it's so hard to pull off. Your colours are, honestly, quite horrendous, you've not got any detail whatsoever, so this is a flop.

I have not abandoned this project. It's slotted for revision for 1.7, so I'm not touching the current 1.6.X code till then.

Mind you I've a lot of other mods/projects I'm also involved in and I also have a life outside minecraft. I've stopped logging into the forums for a few months.

But for your sake I'll update the topic to state the mod's updated to 1.6.X (Which it has been for ages)
