I wish items didn't pop out when the chest was moved..
I noticed sometimes that if a chest gets pushed upward with items inside of it, the items will fling upward as long as theres no roof above them. Pretty cool, but it's very buggy. Fix that so it always launches upwards?
No need to break any bubbles, but do you by any chance know of the actual portal gun mod? I know I know, but aperture science and pistons? ...i'll try it tomorrow.
1: Wolf does not exist. :| (scratch that, actually)
2: Know all that crap you threw in the water pit near the "Mind the gap" sign? Yeah, its still there :wink.gif:
3: The signaling beacon isn't too bad.. Would've been nicer if it went a bit higher though.
4: You overpowered the weapon and food chest. Just no. JUST NO.
5: The noteblock as you leave actually is a pretty nice touch.
6: Wolf chest is pretty much all cooked pork
Overall, until this gets balanced, its too overpowered of a starting map, and I dont personally recommend it. But hey if you like being invincible then its the save for you. But you're almost better off using invedit.
All screenshots but the wolf picture at 1920 x 1080, enjoy your high res pics.
(btw, op, if you wouldn't mind partaking in this for me helping you out, that'd be great :wink.gif: )
Hey guys! I noticed there are some good book mods out there, so I decided to make a small little community project. Ive set up a book shelf which can hold 672 books. My mission? Have every single one of these bookshelves be filled.
This map REQUIRES wurstkniftes's book mod. This mod can be found at viewtopic.php?f=1032&t=243971. DO NOT load this map with any other mods installed. Use a .jar ONLY containing the book mod (with the exception of toomanyitems) so that none of the maps are broken. Thanks!
What the book your have should contain:
Your minecraft username as the book title (The first line of the book will be the books title.)
When you bought minecraft
When you first knew about minecraft/been with its development
Anything about yourself that you'd like to share!
What the save should be like as you pass it on:
Player should be on the lapis, facing the rules board.
Player should ONLY be holding a book and wearing the leather armor
Chest over near the bookshelves are filled completely if you have TooManyItems
How to take it and pass it on:
Quote the user before you, and put in red font "TAKEN!" If you see a save is already taken, wait your turn! There is no calling, either.
You have 1 hour to actually make changes to it, and a maximum of 30 minutes to get it all uploaded.
Once done, quote your "TAKEN" post, and post "FINISHED" in green text, along with a link to the save.
See any griefing the player before you did? Revert to a save that has not been griefed.
Please, be responsible and have fun!
Building is permitted, however, please DO NOT touch the library or build extremely close to it!
There are some unlimited supplies at the diamond house. Please return them when you're done.
Short story is yes.
Gladly, I have a PC that still gets 60+ FPS. If its RAM heavy like you said, I have 8 GB of RAM, but I would like other computers to be able to play it without a huge FPS drop. I hate low FPS so much :\. Would be higher FPS, but I have integrated graphics and its all like ffffuuuu
I haven't gotten to actually posting these yet- but these pins were being sold at the FanGamer booth during PAX East 2011. I'm *supposed* to be getting a Steve head from taumeson on twitter soon for showing him my receipt at PAX for buying the minecraft soundtrack- I'm waiting for a response whether they were intercepted or not, as they got stuck in sweden during PAX :<. Anyways, I stopped by the fangamer booth, wrote "4chan lololol" on the whiteboard they had, then bought the pins and enjoyed my lunch!
I originally bought the extra creeper for a friend, but I'm thinking of starting up a contest and giving it away then, or framing it. The extra creeper is still in its original packaging.
Thoughts?
(the glared out pin is a crafting table- I can provide another pic if you really want one without glare)
The pins were made by fangamer and the back of each pin packaging says:
"100% of the proceeds from this pin set go to support 2 Player Productions as they film a feature-length documentary about Mojang AB. Chip in and get some awesome rewards at http://tinyurl.com/minecraftdoc.
Pins made & sold by fangamer.net"
(the pins aren't sold on fangamer.net from what I see)
The fangamer guys said they're official, too :wink.gif:
EDIT: Oh, in the event that you're wondering:
Creeper pin: $5 each
TNT, Redstone, Pig, and Crafting table: $10 (it's a set)
A bit pricy for pins, but its going toward a good cause.
Hey, for the last 2 versions, anytime I try to install the floodgate, modloader and without modloader, clean .jar and unclean .jar, I just blackscreen. Any reason why this happens?
