I have owned multiple servers mostly for me and my friends to have fun with, but I have been Head-Admin on 1 server Admin on an additional 2 and moderator on another 1, I know how to run a server successfully as I have done it many times before.
Why do you want to work for us?:
I would like to work for you to show you how much i can improve the natural appearance of your server and show you how you need good administrators to keep a good server running.
How could you benefit us?:
I think i can bring new ideas to this server and I could change the way the server treats its players making it not just enjoyable for you and the players but also taking all the stress off of you so you don't have to worry about anything that's going on because I will be quick to the job and fix it, so overall I would always treat players with respect whatever the case and make it the best possible way for them to have fun.

If there is serious work that has to be done I will do it as soon as I can with no playing around, but I will always try and incorporate humour somewhere in our convorsations at times to liven something up but overall I am a mature person looking for some work in my spare time.

Why do you want to be staff on MiniUniverse: I want to be staff on MiniUniverse because I have experience and I want to share it with your server. I know how to handle complex situations and the consequences that go with it. I have experience with some plugins and I am trustworthy.
How would you deal with a staff to staff conflict? How I would deal with it.... I would listen to each others sides of the story and I will try to llook for suspects/bystanders. I can check if we have certain plugins and maybe get proof of the situation that's occurring.
How would you deal with a member to member conflict? I would do something like the staff to staff but in a different way.. I would ask them for proof of the harm or disagreement and have the owner check it and see who is guilty or not.
How much experience do you have with Minecraft? I have plenty... You don't have to worry..

Fact About Yourself/Why you should be staff: I was a Head-Admin for a server before. It was the WORST experience ever. They told me to do work while they just go play. I was like "Why are you making me do all the work, you're the owner!". The day after, I quit. I was there for 3 months. I was an Admin for 2 straight years. I loved it and the Owner and I would work together, play together, talk and help each other. I wish I still knew where he is. The server is shut down now. I was also a Moderator for 6 months. it was my 2nd favorite I was happy because I had friends that would come on. Then one day, the Owner said that he was going to promote me to Co-Owner! I was happy until he shut down the server D:
