What is Apocalypse - Ahead?

Apocalypse-Ahead is a survival-adventure game that takes place only a few days after the apocalypse had spread on "Asmoth Island". You must find a way to scavenge food and weaponry to ensure your survival. It will not be that easy though, your main enemy will not be the infected, but rather other people who are looking just for what you want and have. Be sure to hide and set camp far away in the forests or lock yourself in an apartment if you want to stay hidden from people and infected.

The special content and features on the server

One of the biggest features on our server is our firearm system and arsenal.
The firearm system we are adding supports attachments and goes hand-in-hand with the Resource pack we have worked on. Here is just a peak of the AKS-74u displaying it's attachments and variations.

You will also be able to explore a vast and well made map that has a large metropolis, plenty of villages and a city, an airport, agricultural fields and more!

The Apocalypse-Ahead Beta

Currently we are finishing up our Map and firearm system and are recruiting builders.
The Beta should be released within these few weeks. The Beta will be limited though, with just a small area within our map and a portion of our firearms.

Background:

Apocalypse ahead is an upcoming survival-adventure server that has been worked on for over four and a half years. We were open to public a few years ago but had to shut down due to a low player base and lack of funding. After the shut down, though, we had not stopped working together. We released test server called "Fights of Cydonia" that was meant to test our custom features half a year ago and shut it down once tests ended. Now, after years of hard work and dedication we are ready to release again to public.

I am very glad to announce that we released a new update for the server!

Here are a few of the new features:

^ Cydonia, the brand new Hub.

• A new Lobby system
• A new Gallery with many new firearm skins
• Firearm skins can now be purchased
• New FFA and TDM Maps
• And much more!

I would like to add that it is very important that we get a you-tuber.

We will be giving big benefits to whoever makes a video and plays on the server!

I would like to gladly announce another update to the guns in the server!

add two slashes infront of that to comment it out.

I documented the code there, this is used to draw clouds, commenting it disables that.
