I'm not supporting it, I'm just saying how some of you have to stop dreading our current world and take action. I'm sick of hearing people say how they hate this world when they should love it and improve it.
And like resource consumption, you can't truly stop racism or sexism either. At most we can only pass laws and amendments that tell us that it isn't allowed, but it all depends on that person if they want to follow or break that law. It's completely determinant.
Or you can start a campaign where you can enforce such laws by executing the lawbreakers. But then again, that goes against right of trial, speech, and life.
The world isn't perfect, and neither are all of you. Deal with it, and if you really want to make the world a better place, then do something rather than whine how bad it is.

Of course I can "deal with it", I live in one of the richest countries in the world, that however doesn't mean others do
Don't lose sleep over it, go tell a teacher who's higher up and go even higher if you don't get results, get the head's attention if you really must. If you want to learn these things the teacher is failing you. If you need to know these things to get a passing grade in science the teacher is again failing you.

If you really hate humanity so much, then you might as well euthanize yourself to ease your pain.Otherwise, deal with it. It's not that bad when you see that a number of people are still very much contributing to make basically everything we have in our life.
if you're able to ignore the fact that 1/5th of the world has control over 70% of all Earth's resources, how many people are discriminated and lack human rights, and how greedy and corrupt multinational companies and politicians are and still defend human society as it exist today... then i'm not sure if the biggest optimist ever or just really haven't watched any news at all
My science teacher said at the start of the school year that he's gonna focus on the biology and just skim through physics because "I think you can sleep at night without knowing what alpha, beta and gamma radiation and other boring stuff is"
Since everyone asks me questions about Japan as I understand Japanese and stuff like that, a girl came up to me and (seriously) said, "Is Japan the capital of India?" Seriously. She actually meant it. I laughed while telling her no and that Japan is a country and not a capital city, then she asked me if it was the capital of England...
