How did you hear about the server: friend M_7 also I was a player of your old server before your guys had to shutdown.
What got you interested in the server: The Enchantment Network being a civilized server/community focused on the creative aspect of minecraft, that guarantees players will be able to build without having problems with griefers or trolls ruinning their experience, since the servers is monitored by admins and before being allowed entrance you have to fill in an application and as a consequence of the facts stated above its not so easy to trolls or griefers come so easy to destroy or give a hard time to serious minecraft builders who want to have peace while expressing their emotions/artistic abilities through building stuff in minecraft.

Questions or comments about the server: If your guys ever decide to shutdown the server or some unplanned circumstance force your guys to do so will we have the chance receive a backup/save file of the maps? I hate having to start all over again because the server had to shutdown due to the creators not having funds to keep the server up anymore or some other reason. :(

    -------------------------------------------------------

What is your favorite part of Minecraft?: The Building part in which we unleash our creativity and emotions. As for the survival aspect of the game I dont enjoy it as much as constructing stuff. I usually spend most of my time in creative mode in single-player trying to build replicas of real world structures/landmarks or spin-offs from real world stuff

Do you have a preferred building style?: I usually like to build on my own by getting inspiration through real life architectures and sometimes building in group.

What do you hope to get out of this server?: I hope i get to met other interesting people who are interested in building stuff and have a good time with them either through building stuff together or just talking and exchanging ideas.

What can you bring to this server?: I can bring my imaginantion and ideas that I use to build stuff and my good sense of humor to your community.

Tell us about yourself!: I'm a 19 year old guy who likes PC and console games and currently planning to major in Computer Science. I love to build stuff on minecraft and Lego World. Outside of the computer world my hobbies are travelling around the world to get to know about other cultures, make drawings, play chess, read books, mainly philosophy and science fiction(I´m an avid book reader). Also sometimes I like to go out and have fun with my friends.

My favorite Philosophers are Friedrich Nietzsche and Sigmund Freud. For me their best works are: Thus Spoke Zarathustra,Beyond Good and Evil, Twilight of the Idols, The Interpretation of Dreams and The Ego and the Id

    My favorite writers are Isaac Asimov, Ayn Rand,Fernando Pessoa and Malba Tahan. In my perspective their best books to date are: The Foundation Series, Atlas Shrugged, The Fountainhead, Mar Portugués ,The Man Who Counted, Legends of the Desert, Legends of the Oasis, A Thousand Unending Tales and several others.;

Here is a helpful guide that I just found. It's a little complicated, but you can kind of get an idea of depth just by looking at the pictures. Try experimenting with block placements and keep in mind your designs that look like what you want to achieve.

Thank you again this is a really good guide in giving us some quick start ups and methods to embrace more details in our buildings and construct well designed shapes in our creations.

I know this guide was really helpful for adding details and depth. It hasn't been updated in a while, though.

Thank you. Those images are already giving me some inspiration to try to make something similar. However i dont know if I will be able to build so good as this skilled builder.

Here is a small cabin that I made today. While i put some effort in it trying to add variation and well designed shapes,in order for it not to look like some bland blocked building without any inspiration. I still feel like it could have been much better or beautiful.

What do you think about it?

What do you think about the outside area of this building, that i made as an example? Where do you think i can improve my building skills?

Here is the interior area what do you think about it? Is it missing furnace or more details?

Hello, I have been playing minecraft since the alpha edition.

However I have never been a really good builder. Even after they released the creative mode which was a way better way to release the ideas and creativity in your mind, since you have all the blocks avaliable for you without any limits. I still had some times some issues in creating real cool architectures and buildings. Does the pro Minecraft builders have some tips, in how they refined their building skills and become masters of it?
