Good morning, afternoon, evening whatever time it is for you all I'm Ewok, the network owner of the entire Narrowband network. Many of you from the community may know me and some may not. I will be using this forum post to not only help advertise and boost our player base but to have a central discussion for updates and plans I have for the server. Again and suggestions should be placed in the suggestion channel on the discord server (that along with other useful information will be linked bellow). The server started in late 2019 on a realm with a bunch of my friends just wanting to play survival, it quickly grew into an obsession for all of us and I decided to take the idea and grow on it. We started the first iteration of the server in the very early of 2020 as a simple, low effort survival server with a basic economy with the idea of being the richest on the server the main driving point. That did well for us and that's where the beginning of this amazing community started, many of those players who we gained in those early days still play today, months later. As things began to progress the server continued to expand and gather new players and that's when we started meeting other people who were as passionate as I was for building a server and that's when talks of a network started. Soon we had 2,3,4 different and unique servers that I never saw coming. It has been a great ride and now we offer 6 custom and unique game modes to the narrowband network that everyone has spent countless hours developing, crafting and perfecting. This server has become my passion and I love adding new things and taking your ideas and bringing them to life. That is all for now, we (the whole Narrowband team) can't wait to see what the future holds for us!
What we currently offer
Survival
My baby, the server that started it all, is a simple, laid back survival experience made for the player who wants run their own course or, play with their friends. It has a unique economy and rank system that allows you to compete against the other players in the community to be the highest rank and the most valuable, and it also allows you to gather with your friends and play together in a grief free, small, open-armed community.
Pixelmon
The pixelmon server is made up of a custom, 1.5k block hand placed map with many unique towns, villages, cities and many more amazing creations. It offers player lead gyms, weekly events and tons of amazing people playing on at any given time. Pixelmon also offers many events to include tournaments every week, trivia nights, city raids, and building competitions. It surely is and one of a kind experience that you should defiantly try out.
AshesMC
AshesMC, is a RPG shooter looter experience. With a large open-world to explore, players can participate
in a story questline, earn gear and rewards through leveling up, and fight hordes of bloodthirsty psychopaths, evil cultists, and maniacle warmongers in a post-apocalyptic city scape. Join in as a mercenary, lured into the city in the promises of earning wealth and treasure, while also helping the struggling survivors make homes a safer place. A great server with countless hours of development in quests and custom textures is defiantly one of our proudest game modes offered. It is non stop action and participation from the moment you log on until the second you log off.
Op Prison
Op Prison, is a unique addition to the Narrowband network. Our most recent game mode, was fully custom made by our developer for the narrowband network. Offering many custom made features and tons of great rewards and incentives it still has that classic prison feel. A plot world allows you to gain access to your own private mines and grind away without the hassle of dealing with other players. There is tons of unique and fresh features to this game mode that you should defiently check out!
WarZ
Another great custom game mode added to the network early on offers a fully custom map with many towns and cities to gather resources and loot. A skilled, tactical game mode that requires in depth comprehension and understanding to grind to the top. It is truly and exciting game mode and has a lot to offer. We love jumping on the WarZ server to kill some time and you will too!
Skyblock (Coming soon)
Our skyblock server is being worked on every single day and is coming closer and closer to our release date! As always updates will be posted on the discord and here!
In Conclusion...
It is a great experience on the network and I could go on for hours about the server, but I'd rather you all gather your own opinions and experiences online as many already have. Looking forward to seeing you all later!
