    There is already one built into Minecraft. Its called "Creative Mode".
    Simply use this mode if you would like to cheat.

    How is this not being patient? This has nothing to do with being impatient. It's not like I am asking someone to remake RedPower because I am sick of waiting for an update. I am simply asking someone to make placeholder blocks which, can allow me to play on my current redpower worlds WHILE I wait for an official update from Eloraam.
    Please elaborate on how I am being "Impatient".

    Hello, I am here with a request.

    I want to start of by saying, This mod should be a very easy mod to make. Because the only thing that has to be made are 20 blocks, and 4 items. No GUI's or any of that hard stuff is required in this mod. This mod is simply just some blocks, and a few items that I need created. This mod is perfect for beginners who would like to get some practice.

    Basicly there is a mod called Red Power 2, so you may, or may have not have heard of it ;) .
    This mods latest release is for Minecraft 1.4.7.

    No one really knows when the mod will be updated.
    Here is the thing I would like to update my minecraft to 1.5.2.

    But I still want to have the blocks that generated inside my world with RedPower.
    This includes Volcanos, Marble Caves, Rubber trees, and of course the ores.

    Now I am not asking anyone to recreate the whole world gen code.
    I can see how that is far to much work.

    I would simply like these blocks back in the game. Therefor when I load up my existing RedPower 2 world. All of my builds with marble and basalt will be intact. Not only this, Volcanons, Marble Caves, rubber trees and the ores that redpower 2 supplied, should also be intact. Granted you will lose all microblocks, wiring, lighting and machines.

    If you code the ID's correctly. The blocks should be compatible with Previous RedPower 2 worlds, and when RedPower 2 gets updated the world should still be compatible.

    Below are the blocks that I am requested to be made. The Block ID's beside the names are the defualt ID's given in the RedPower 2 config file. So you need to match these ID's in order for the worlds to be compatible.

    Copper Ore - 242:5
    Tungsten Ore - 242:6
    Nikolite Ore - 242:7

    Miscellaneous

    If anyone is willing to take this on, I can supply the textures for each block & item.

    I also want to get one thing clear. This mod is not a replacement mod for Redpower 2. It is simply a placeholder for the world gen blocks that spawn in Redpower 2.

    This mod will not generate any of these blocks. You need to have a previous world that had RedPower 2 PR6 to generate the blocks before hand.

    The whole Idea is. You create a world with RedPower 2 PR6 in Minecraft 1.4.7. Load up as much chunks as you possibly can. Then update to Minecraft 1.5.2 with this mod. This mod should carry over all RedPower 2 blocks with out actually having RedPower 2 installed. Therfore you can get ahead start in your Minecraft 1.5.2 world with all of the benifts of RedPower 2 World Gen blocks.

    Once RedPower 2 updates. Simply unistall this mod and install RedPower 2. Assuming RedPower 2 PR7 keeps the same ID's for the blocks and items. Your world will be compatible!.

    Even if RedPower 2 PR7 changes some Block ID's. You can easily change them inside the RedPower 2 config folder to make your world compatible!.

    My 16 Floor Elevator Very WIP!. Does not fully work

    This is just my progress

    Outside of it. When its done, it will be inside a building.

    If anyone wants to help finish this, please let me know. I really need help on the computer part. I essentially want a GUI on the computers. I want to be able to select what floor to move to using the computer.

    Would it be possible to make a GUI sort of thing with computers that does just this?

    I want to make custom tools, so when they are being used the textures will change looking like the tool is actually degrading.
