Okay, I can install the mod in singleplayer without trouble, but when I install the mod on my server the server crashes, any ideas on how to fix this?

I already know what you meant. I shoulda made myself clear the first time. Horse armor having infinite durability is enough, so additional enchantments just make it overpowered.
And don't do the "that's for you guys to decide" thing as the base of your suggestion. That's not how this forum works. You gotta make 100% of the suggestion yourself and not lean on everyone else. After your suggestion is completed, then it's the best time to collect opinions and have people throw in some small ideas here and there.
Well as I told FrozenS2M, maybe enchants like the various protection enchantments, and like Zookid said maybe additional speed or something like that.
If they implement horse armor having durability, I can see possible enchants that increase your speed or otherwise. Anyway, what I think should happen is you can't enchant horse armor by yourself. There would be a small chance of finding enchanted horse armor in dungeons. Anyway, I'd suggest making a new topic about this. This one seems to be on the road to being locked, unfortunately. If you do, be more descriptive and share your own suggestion. The forum is to see what people would think of your clearly explained suggestion, not what they would think of something like your suggestion.
Yeah, you have to specify whether it would be the same system that we have now to enchant stuff, what enchantments there are, stuff like that.

Same thing I told EpicClock, but I'm just saying some enchantments would be useful, like protection, projectile protection, blast protection e.t.c.
