ID Resolver 1.2.5 Update 1 (The ID resolver hooks are included in all of the listed 4096 fixes if they are installed right, but it still initializes before modloader does so you still can't use the mods folder. That means install it in the jar.)
I downloaded this. and i get an error

From the looks of what it says for ID Resolver from what you posted above, ID Resolver / 4096 apparently needs to be installed manually directly into the minecraft.jar file. But, that's just going from what you posted above.
I also looked at my forestry mod not working, and it looks even harder then portalgun ...
Don't ask me what to do with this (Thats why i ask you obviously)
That's its own beast. You'll need to try and figure out where each set of files/folders would need to go from its installation instructions and from that particular thread. Sorry.
And yea I would like to carry your banner. If you tell me how to.
Paste the code for one of my banners into your signature in the site settings here. The code for each one can be found underneath the banner itself in my Support Banners section.
Do you have an solution for that?, also downloaded your mod i will definately use it, but as i put it in i have 13 errors or a bit more i don't remember ;D
Unfortunately, I don't have a solution for you regarding running out of texture slots. But, I think one of the 4096 ID mods you need for ID Resolver also helps address both item and block conflicts (rather than only block conflicts). So, maybe that can help. Other than that, you're on your own from here since it's no longer an issue of getting them to work with Magic Launcher.
The errors might be able to be resolved by changing the order the mod is in.
NOTE : your mod is amazing!! :DDD I especially like the lamps giving through their redstone power ;D you could do just the same way with redpower but much more complicated with covers and stuff, the slime is also very nice, really good job!
Thank You!
Maybe you can even place one of my Mod Support Banners in your Signature.
I got this mod working but when I downloaded mo creatures and started Minecraft, it crashed and said this:

Wow, certainly a lot of suggestions! My drivers are all up to date. I think I was using too much memory.. I'll try lowering that number as well. Magic Launcher is in its own folder, but I'm launching via a shortcut on my taskbar. Is that alright?
The only problem I seem to be having is that when Mo Creatures is -NOT- installed directly into the minecraft.jar, accompanied with Forge and GUI, then I can't access the global mod settings in game, else it causes a crash.
Some mods require extra steps or have special instructions to get them to work properly.
Exception in thread "Minecraft main thread" java.lang.RuntimeException: sidedDelegate null when attempting to getMinecraftLogger, this is generally caused by you not installing FML properly, or installing some other mod that edits Minecraft.class on top of FML such as ModLoader, do not do this. Reinstall FML properly and try again.
Provide a screenshot of your mods setup screen in Magic Launcher.
Also, you should be able to uncheck/remove ModLoader since ModLoader functionality is now in Forge for the most part.
I only disabled it for Minecraft-shouldn't that be enough? Also, having returned to the original LWGJL, I've found I'm still having the same glitchy pistons
NO, you need to disable Threaded Optimization GLOBALLY. It won't have any impact on Minecraft otherwise.
You may need to reboot your system after disabling it globally. Also, go back to the newest LWJGL.
I don't remember if you said you already updated your video drivers, but do that too if you haven't already.
EDIT: I do also have 64-bit Java, which is what I should do.
The 64-bit edition of Java does NOT include the 32-bit edition of Java. You need to install BOTH the 32-bit AND 64-bit editions of Java on a 64-bit Operating System.
I hope you like this. Stuck with what you said for the most part. I think the red looks sharp, so I didn't overload it with other colors.
Awesome!
Thank You!
You truly are amazing and talented!
If you ever find yourself bored or wanting to experiment, please feel free to make more for me and do whatever you want with it! I'll take any and all banners that I can get from you!
mDiyo's 4096 Fix (Requires Forge. Make SURE you download the version at the top of the post that says Experimental ID resolver support! Supports up to Forge 3.2.3.108. This supports more mods than Robinton's, but Items and Blocks can intermingle. Requires at least ID Resolver Update 1 and higher.)
Is this important?
works for me :DD
ID Resolver is currently at Update 1. So, I think you're good. LOL!
NOTE: your mod looks really fun, but whats the use of it? After everything is fixed i'll definately use it
From the OP of ShaRose's ID Resolver Thread:
Required mods: Risugami's ModLoader OR Forge Modloader (See below for information on which merges support what versions of forge: Currently only the fix by Pahimar supports it) GuiAPI 0.14.3-1.2.5
Finally, ID Resolver requires one of the following 4096 mods.
Robinton's 4096IDs (There is a non-forge and a forge version. Forge version only supports up to Forge 3.0.1.75, and there is a patch that lets it support up to 3.2.3.108. This may cause incompatibilities with a lot of mods if they don't support it)
mDiyo's 4096 Fix (Requires Forge. Make SURE you download the version at the top of the post that says Experimental ID resolver support! Supports up to Forge 3.2.3.108. This supports more mods than Robinton's, but Items and Blocks can intermingle. Requires at least ID Resolver Update 1 and higher.)
mDiyo's 4096 Fix Updated by Pahimar (Requires Forge. Same as above, but was designed to support up to Forge 3.2.6.131. Make SURE you download the version with IDResolver support.)
If one of the above fixes is installed and working, ID Resolver should work fine.
If ID resolver detects any issues (Assuming minecraft doesn't crash beforehand) it will tell you with a dialog box, as well and logging it to ID resolver.txt.
Choose what works best for you.
If you can't get ID Resolver to work, you'll have to ask in that thread. If you still can't get it to work, you're out of luck there then and just have to remove some mods instead.
As for my mod, all I can say is click on my banner and read my OP etc.
1.
There is no resource folder in the resource one, so i guess its alright.
2. What portalgun? (The main portalgun)(The portalgun inside?)
3. I've done that
If i change the ID's i keep getting new errors.
So, inside the "portalgun" folder (in the file you originally downloaded) is another portal fun folder? Okay, then THAT "portalgun" folder (the one from inside the other one) goes into the "mods" folder.
You have many mods adding many blocks. You have to find one that's free. The 4096 Mod allows you to go above 256.
I tried turning off Threaded Optimisation and enabling VSync as instructed, but that made no difference.
When you disabled Threaded Optimization, did you disable it "globally" like you are supposed to? Or, did you try only doing it for Java which will not work?
Also, update Java. If on a 64-bit O.S., make sure to install both the 32-bit and 64-bit editions of Java.
Circuit Cubes Mod For Minecraft 1.2.5 Has Been Updated To Version F-02!
Fixed A MAJOR Compatibility Issue!
NEW Features:
A Wireless Redstone Power Transceiver!
A "Transceiver" works like BOTH a "Transmitter" AND a "Receiver" at the same time!
Shapeless Recipe: One "Transmitter" plus one "Receiver" yields two "Transceivers!"
IMPORTANT CHANGES / FIXES:
Fixed A MAJOR Compatibility Issue--you can once again install Circuit Cubes EITHER before OR after mods likeSingle-Player Commands and/or the Player API! In fact, I think the previous version F-01 wasn't working properly after all if Single-Player Commands was installed. You should be able to right-click the Wireless Redstone cubes to set their frequency! If you find what you believe to be a bug, you need to let me know.
1. I went to my folder and put the "resources" folder in .minecraft/resources
Do you mean just the contents of the "resources" folder? You should NOT have a "\.mincraft\resources\resources" folder. The contents of (the "files" from inside) the "resources" folder go into the "\.minecraft\resources" folder.
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Slot 204 is already occupied by myst_BlockStarFissure@170f5c38 when adding Portal_BlockPortal@716f6c5b
You have a Block ID Conflict there between the Portal Gun and Myst mods.
One (or both?) may create a config file that allows you to change the default Block ID for the block in question. ID Resolver should be asking you this in the process but it appears that may not be working correctly yet either. I see that ID Resolver actually requires a 4096 ID Mod and lists different ones with different features etc. So, that's another thing on its own altogether. So, for now at least, you may have to try and to try changing it manually in a config file.
I REALLY MISS the organization of watched forums being SORTED BY TOPIC like before.
AND, I miss that all of my watched forums (again, previously sorted into sections by topic) used to be ALL ON ONE PAGE that I could quickly scroll through.
I also HATE that it seems the only way to see all my previously watched forums are by the most recent rather than in a specific order like they were before.
While the first pic does show the new lighting, My guess is that the "second" thing (in that first pic) is not only that the chest opens (with the lock extending down) but that the lock itself is actually protrubing just like the new pig snouts.
The drop mechanism can be made much simpler. Instead of pushing all of the sand or gravel blocks out and then opening a space to drop one, just push only the bottom one out for the row you want. It drops, the piston retracts and is automatically reset. May have to make my own to show what I mean.
It's actually not that impressive. It's basically just a self-building bridge/wall being loaded with the correctly-colored cubes in the correct order to make the picture. In fact, the picture has to be already assembled in reverse order underneath the ground so that it could actually feed it up and fill the picture in using the correct order.
Ah, seems it's my Internet Explorer at the moment. Not sure why. Anywhere else on here works fine. Switched to Chrome to post this. Usually like using Chrome anyhow, but this usually gives me problems with the pages sometimes not loading in Chrome. Don't have the problem with Chrome anywhere else. So, let's try this one more time. If not, I give up.G0denEye93 did NOT make the Pistons Mod. Hippoplatimus was the one that made the Pistons Mod. G0denEye93 just made the wave machine (which, is actually nothing new) and the video of it. Did you guys really need to quote the WHOLE post over again? Short answer, no.

Well, at least you appear to be starting to make some big progress now! LOL!
There might also be some configuration settings that you have to change for conflicting textures. Or, you may be running out of texture slots.
Yes, a "shortcut" is perfect!

No Pizza?
Bread + Cheeze + Ham + Beef Sausage (Seasoned Leather)?
Well, I guess Tomatoes are missing for the sauce.
If you can do Tomatoes or Sauce, you could cook the Pizza in the Furnace.

Do you mean just the contents of the "resources" folder? You should NOT have a "\.mincraft\resources\resources" folder. The contents of (the "files" from inside) the "resources" folder go into the "\.minecraft\resources" folder.
The "portalgun" folder itself goes into the "\.minecraft\mods" folder. It doesn't go inside another "portalgun" folder under that.
Remove the two folders from inside the zip file you created. Leave all the class files.
You have a Block ID Conflict there between the Portal Gun and Myst mods.
