    posted a message on PokeRadar for Pixelmon[1.7.2/3.1.4]

    To everyone who is wondering what's going on:

    Chunkbin was once partnered with Pixelmon for mod development, but when he made this mod, they didn't like it, saying users were "cheating." He had a different point of view, and Pixelmon cut the partnership, telling him to never use their code again.

    Chunkbin remade PokeRadar to not use any Pixelmon code, but Pixelmon still didn't like the mod. They started sneaking in updates to crash the game if someone had PR installed alongside. Mojang called them out on this, and Pixelmon backed off so that servers would simply block clients using PokeRadar.

    People using PokeRadar wanted to use it on servers, and they complained to Chunkbin. For the sake of his users, Chunkbin made the mod untraceable by Pixelmon, so they couldn't block it. Pixelmon didn't like this one bit, and brought in the lawyers, claiming Chunkbin had infringed on their "copyrighted" code. A Cease and Desist came out, which Cunkbin tried to argue. However, Pixelmon has gotten a lot of money via donations and 2 layers of Adfly, and were able to win the lawsuit.

    This is the aftermath: Chunkbin was forced to quit, the site went down, and Pixelmon refuses to say anything about what happened.

    Another situation involves the Mafia and murder, but is highly less likely.

    The result is the same: no more PokeRadar for anyone. Ever again.

    Have a nice day. <_<

    Nice job! The red key placement confused me the longest, very unclear.

    Make sure to light up your redstone, though. All of the constant redstone firing is causing lag. See

    Yep!

    Already tried that too... ;~;

    Still can't craft any stone part even with just those two... ;~;

    Huh, running a decently recent build from the GitHub repository, and I'm not having this issue. I can make a pickaxe head just fine. Can you get a screenshot and put a FML log on pastebin for us?

    Can't craft any stone tools, at all. :(

    What's happening?!?

    I'm using the 1.7 version, and I tried both without iguana's tweaks and with it (Re-enabling them through its .cfg file, of course.).

    And NOTHINGS HAPPENING STILL ;A;

    Doesn't matter if I use stone or cobble stone either, I simply can't make any part... what's happening?!? Help!!! ;A;

    EDIT:

    Just to make it clear, I can actually craft the tool themselves if I get the stone parts made from cheating, what I CANNOT do is make the actual parts in the Part Builder.
    Is it a bug? Or am I doing anything wrong?!? ;~;

    There are quite a few mods that mess with cobble. Does this happen with only TiC and Mantle installed?

    §exelsisxax The configs were already checked.

    That would make this a server-side mod, not a client-side mod.

    All this mod does is look for NBT tags on the entity, and display the results graphically, it cannot change them.

    This mod will not be updated, and a new, admin-friendly version must arise for this type of mod to not get sued by Pixelmon for looking at the NBT data of the entities in a player's world.

    As for the height, you should look at the wiki. I think it is also 7 blocks.

    Waaaay more than 7. :P

    Sky's the limit, I guess.

    I wasn't asking for help. Just pointing out a quirk. I don't use 1.6.4 anymore, and the only reason I fired it up was to see if I forgot some of the scrapped features.

    and I have metal slimes in my game. im playing 1.6.4, but they dont drop anything and seem to be a WIP

    Yeah, mD basically put some scrapped ideas into the last dev 1.6.4, then moved on. I doubt boni has any plans for them, however fun they look. You will also find teleporters in there, along with many many unsupported bugs.

    I myself am unable to play 1.6.4 anymore due to "[SEVERE] [ForgeModLoader] Unable to launch" (1.7.10 works just fine)

    Just because it said there were bugs, it doesn't mean they should not be reported.

    Don't know if this is a Tinker's Construct thing or an Iguana Tweaks things, but the leveling of the tools is a really nice feature that I have turned on. I was wondering, though, when using the TC axes in conjunction with Treecapitator, the axe takes equivalent damage of all the blocks it would have chopped, but only gets a single level point per tree (not per block). Is there some way to give the axe the level points equivalent to the damage it took?

    They are already getting one point per operation. Makes sense to me. Lumber Axes(what I'm assuming you're taking about) chop down the whole tree already, and take a lot of durability already. If that method was used, they, along with hammers, would level up way faster than any other tool.

    Also, leveling is part of ITT, and discussions about it should go on its thread.

    Ok, one more thing. The diary of a tinker is bugging out for me. When I get past entry #24, it puts a blank page in front of entry 23 and 24, then a page after shows two blank pages. Does the diary fill out over time or what?

    It's been like that forever. No one has bothered to do something about it.

    Well i am having what might be a bug but i am still unsure so i am going to report it anyways. When build a crossbow or longbow and have fully quartzed manyulln bolt or arrows on the tool tip it says max damage around 56 in im guessing hearts. And it said the same thing when i shot a dummy with it. But when I shot an iron golem which has 100 health i am able to one shot it even when i am doing about 50 damage per shot.

    Did you check to make sure the golem was at max health?

    It kinda sucks that this mod's cleavers aren't compatible with HeadCrumbs, which in itself is an extension of vanilla(adds heads for all the rest of the vanilla mobs). I wanted to have a better chance of getting creeper heads. Though it technically should work, since the cleaver's giving me villager heads when killing villagers. Weird.

    Headcrumbs has a specific piece of code in it that does allow it to help. All you need to do to find it is search "cleaver" in it's GitHub repository.

    did you guys brew the invi pots? or did you guys just took it out of the creative menu? I don't know if that issue has been fixed, but taking a invi pot from creative mode and not brewing it, it doesn't work

    I had mentioned this to boni before, and he basically told me to go fix it. Which I haven't. Don't think he has plans to fix that one.

    §crunkazcanbe You likely compiled from the master branch by accident.

    §AMPPL50 You are using an old Forge version.

    And you, §Kitsune116, are using OptiFine.

    Cheers!
