Why you want the position (200 words minimum): I enjoy gaming with the minecraft community.I enjoy helping others to the best of my ability, when I first started playing minecraft staff and players were friendly and helpful to me, and that inspires me to be the same way with other players I get along with most people I meet overall I believe I'm a well mannered, respectful, friendly guy, that does whatever it takes to get the job done the best way possible. I promise to have a friendly attitude at all times, I am a mature, and ready to deal with any issues that come my way. I have years of experience with minecraft, and I know my ways around. , as far back as I can remember I have always been a helpful person ( I know a lot of people say that) but I mean it. I worked hard to get the job done the most proficient way, and NEVER leave a job undone. I always try to the best of my ability, to do everything I can right. I'm really dedicated which means I will dedicate hour upon hour to this server, and do everything the best way possible.
What you will do at this position (250 words minimum) I will make sure the players have a joyful experience when they visit the server, I will lend a helping hand to those who are new and un-experienced,and I will be quick to punish when it comes to rule breakers, and those who's main purpose is to make the server a bad place to be. I have dealt with issues ranging from a few spammers all the way to hackers, and we both know hackers can cause a lot of damage and be a big problem to deal with. I'm dedicated to my job I wont let players take advantage of me or anyone else, I will be alert and careful, when players get in conflicts I will look at both sides of the argument to be sure I make the correct decision. I have experience with minecraft I know it like the back of my hand. I promise to be honest and respectful, I will take this job seriously to keep everything under control while at the same time being friendly and having a good laugh every now and then. I always do my job to the best of my ability. I will deal with any problems concerning the server and it's players in the best way possible.
How you can benefit us: I will do this job as best as I can, I will work hard to solve conflicts and introduce players. I will dedicate and make sure the server stays at a calm enjoyable climate. I will deal with any problems that come to me.

Why you want the position: I want the position because i hate it when people on servers join then start spamming and hacking. Then I can not do anything about it because my rank is too low and i have no commands to kick or i necessary ban them. Or if someone needs
to be telaported I could help them out to get them where they need to be. Because this has happened to me and it is frustrating trust me it is. Or if you would need help building something I could help because I am a decent builder or with redstone I am pretty good. I would help you solve problems or fix a glitch if I would be able to I am online a lot so could help people especially when there is no on to do the helping. Not to sound like an idiot but i never like being the first rank it makes me feel like I could do so much more to help servers that I play on.
What I will do with this position: I would help anyone who needs help or stop hackers cheaters or spamers from what they do best. I would help solve any problem that comes up on the server even if it out of my league. Or if there was a greifer and i caught him i would kick him as a warning then if he gets back on does it more i would ban him. I am not saying I would not be friendly but I would deal with what needs to be dealt with but with the other players i would be friendly and greet them or etc. Or if i see something suspicious i would take a screen shot and email it to you or something like that. I hope you take me into concideration because my paragraphs might be too short but i only want mod not three things i am filling this for like the guy above me.
how will you benifit us: I would do whatever it takes to get ad people of help people build things or just telaport someone where thy need to go. I would make your sever a better place dont under estimate me.

Why you want the position (200 words minimum): I feel I want this position because I am the type of guy that loves to help out people with their problems. I'm really friendly with others.I see a future for this server and I want to be apart if it. Making people have a great experience is what i aim for.Not only do I want people just to play this server, I want to try to make them apart of it so they could come back day-to-day playing online. I know you have plans for the future and I with love to be apart of those plans as a team.
What you will do at this position (250 words minimum): First and furthermost I would welcome the new players and greet them and get the familiarized with the server and show them the basics.Trying to make this a good,clean,friendly enviroment is at the top of my list of goals. I would try to not just be a random staff member but one that is know for the fun stuff he does or the help he gives out. I will try my best to meet you expectations to. I can deal with hackers, greifers, etc. If I am offline and I check up on the server and see no Mods/Admins are on then I would stay up just to keep things in check. Finally I will try the best I can to Moderate the server if accepted. There are so many things I would do but i cant explain it. In a nutshell I would be a friendly Mod who is also strict on the rules but fun to be around and who respects everyone not only the staff but the players.
How you can benefit us:Well If you need anything done I'm that person, I can basically do anything. If a Admin or Mod needs a help on a build I'm there to help. I can handle situations really good. I can add another pair of eyes to look out for hackers and griefers. If any player needed someone to answer a question I would be there to answer. I feel I can help make people's experiences on this server better, so it can make them come back. I just want to be apart of a server that can last a long time; all the other servers I have been a helper or moderator on lack dedication and they end up closing down. With all my experience I feel like I can help out a lot. I also feel like people overlook me because of my age but I guarantee that I am a dedicated person who is responsible for any position you put me at (If accepted).

I would like to be mod because I like making servers the best that they can be and getting hackers, cheaters, spammers, etc of the server. I also have experience on other servers being staff and I'm online a lot and I am also good with redstone. So i hope you put me into consideration.

What position are you applying for?: Admin (Building and Rule breakers, I am also decent with plugins, but not configuration)
I'm adding some other stuff in too,
Pros of you adding me: I am a good and fun player, I have been trusted on servers and did a good job at it. I have been admin on a few servers and I do not mess around. I am mature and a good addition. I work well with most plugins and I learn quick. I prefer building using World Edit. I am good at apprehending rule breakers and chat breakers.
Cons: I am not very good at redstone. It just never got under my wing, I may not be admin on a lot of servers like others, but I think this will be a fresh and good start for me!
Why you want the position: I like to help new players, whether its helping them get started or just a warm welcome. I am good with dealing with rule breakers, and I do not abuse my powers. I want to get a good start with being staff on Minecraft by joining the server and getting staff. Whenever I do something wrong, I always fix it. I have been playing for a year, since 1.5.2. I would be a very good addition. I do not like to start fights, and I do not get into fights unless someone else starts it. I use the appropriate power to deal with them. I am not an admin who just bans people without proof, I will ask for screenshots, videos or anything to get the player innocent or guilty. I hope you add me to your wonderful server so that I may help run it in peace
What you will do with this position: I will help anyone who needs help, with whatever they need. I will help solve problems such as griefing, trolling, spamming, or hackers to make the server remain fun at all times and free of the rule breakers. I will help the other staff when they have issues. I can help build using World Edit and I can make pretty good furniture in homes. I love to use different plugins to make one big exotic piece. I will respond to my any people who have higher power. I am very friendly to players and I hope they will like me as much as I do to them. I am always willing to have fun with players, whether its a holiday event or just a fun party to cheer them up. I will remain to my duties when needed, and do other things when i'm not. I hope you choose me for your staff.
