I am turning 16 (in 2.5 months), and am looking for this style server so that I can do LP episodes of it. I want to help build or take part in public infrastructure (such as Nether Hub). I despise griefers but am not against pranks (so long as it benefits the prankee). I am good with redstone and hiding redstone in my buildings and have made 3 custom maps (1 that was incredibly bare, 2 unfinished due to hard drive wiping). Any verification that I will not grief etc could some from the fact that I am an Admin on the Public Tekkit Network Aegis Gaming and stated out as admin in the PvE branch of the server.

Tell me about yourself: I am mostly concerned with building things for community use rather than personal use, and often I will abandon my own projects for helping other people. I love playing minecraft and tekkit, and since I am an admin on Axis-Mundi (public, no grief, 150 slot), but as of 1.3.1 I can't play single player and record it, and I want to start a vanilla let's play for my youtube channel.
If the server was having financial trouble would you support? (not required, just curious): Unfortunately, I can't due to being underaged. (And my parents won't let me borrow their paypal even if i pay them back)
So I am specifically looking for a server that is 100% survival (even for OPs), whitelisted, and has a nether hub so that everyone can be far away from each other/use public things in the nether. (If it is Bukkit it is fine as long as permissions are locked down. I don't want anyone to have tp commands. And I only support a backup plugin)
So now that you know what I am looking for, let's tell you who I am.
I am 15 (turning 16 in 11/2012), quite mature and against griefing/stealing and even pvp. I agree with pranking as long as the prank benefits the prankee and it is all for fun. I enjoy playing around with redstone and pistons, but I also love building and trading (especially with Lapis and Stone Bricks). I prefer a plains biome so that I have lots of room to make a huge house without worrying about landscaping. I am pretty good at farming. And last, but definitely not least, I am a server Administrator on the Public Tekkit Server Axis-Mundi, which is a 150 slot server soon to be part of a massive server network. This server has no griefing and no stealing policies, and anytime I feel like griefing or pvp I will go onto other public servers that support this.

In this map you will find yourself on a floating island in the sky, and you will be able to see several other floating chests. You must use the items in these chests to complete the goals.
This map is not a spinoff of SkyBlock... I have had this idea since my first map, but only just made it now (due to school constraints and forgetting).
In this map, you will spawn on a small Stone Brick Island that is floating in the sky... If you look around (render Far), you will find that there are several chests on top of bedrock. You must build out to these chests, and use the supplies to recreate the biomes or land feature on the sign below the chest.
This map will take a long time to complete every goal, but the reward for completing it will be great.

You may not move the extra lava found in chests except for creating that feature/biome.

Copy the archive (zip)
Go to the start menu
Type in %appdata% and hit enter
Open the folder called ".minecraft"
Open the folder called "saves"
Paste the archive (zip)
Using your favourite archive program (I prefer WinRar), extract files and hit ok
CHECK TO MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU OPEN THE FOLDER SKY BIOMES, YOU SEE MULTIPLE FILES AND FOLDERS, AND NOT ANOTHER FOLDER WITH THE SAME NAME, IF THERE IS ANOTHER FOLDER, MOVE ITS CONTENTS TO THE FOLDER ABOVE
Run Minecraft and open the save file Sky Biomes and enjoy

There are four hints, each one ruining the game a little bit more (mostly the first and last).

The current map name and file name is City of Truth.
This map will work on all versions of Minecraft released after Beta 1.3, including Beta 1.3.
This map is loosely based off of the Yogscast, but not devoted entirely to it, so if you do not know what the Yogscast is, you may still enjoy it.

Rules of the Map

1. You may only destroy sand, clay, dirt and wool. No "46"!
i. This does not mean you cannot break other blocks for a quest/puzzle.
ii. 46=TNT, i.e. do not break the puzzles...
2. You may use/place any block that you break or find.
i. This means if you break a dirt block, you may place it again.
ii. This means that if you find a block in a chest, you can place that too.
3. You may use/place blocks to skip jumping puzzles.
i. This means that you can skip them using dirt or clay, etc. by placing them and making jumps shorter.
4. This map can be played on any difficulty from easy-hard.
i. This means no peaceful mode.
5. You may use any texture pack, but I recommend mine.
i. This texture pack will be released in the final version and will come with the map itself.
6. ALWAYS read the NPC/Quest texts when prompted to.
i. These are included in the zip file, but not in version 1.0.
ii. The prompt will be a sign with the text file designated on it.
7. This map is developed by 1 person and any update is slow.
i. If you find a bug REPORT it.
ii. Do not rage at me because I don't update the map quickly, I am a full-time student.

I guess the way forward is at 88mph in a DeLorean... or by searching in this room..... Wait... I think I remember something... It's really foggy, but was I a dwarf? Or was I a spaceman? What's that noise? Lewis awaaaaay!

@classygrazooka sounds good, except i really detest tp commands unless they are /tp <player1> <player2>
mostly because i think it makes the game easier and modded

General Information
The current map name and file name is City of Truth.
This map will work on all versions of Minecraft released after Beta 1.3, including Beta 1.3.
