I have a decent amount of knowledge in minigames and faction servers and have managed many servers of most types. I have always tried to be the best that I could and never stopped trying to improve. (I haven't managed any kitpvp)
Why do you want this position? I believe that I can fulfill the role of the head of the server that you are looking for. I am very picky when it comes to getting everything done. Most people say that I require everything to be perfect before I am satisfied and that I can get very frustrated if everything doesn't go as planned. I strive for perfection not only in plans but in players as well. If I notice that a player is not delighted or that they are disappointed with a server then I feel like it is my fault and I will do everything in my power to solve the issue at hand. I have a very keen eye when it comes to spotting problems and I have a very dynamic mind when it comes to fixing it. I often ask players for suggestions and I'm very unprejudiced when it comes to new ideas because I might not see them working but in reality they might work like a charm so I try them anyways.
How are you qualified for this position? I have the skill level required at the current age of 16 and I can accept the responsibility that is needed to manage a large amount of players. I have plenty of past experience and after careful picking of server I believe that this is the server for me. I have been looking for so long and I it took me about 3 days before I applied here, I only select a few servers that I believe have potential to become big and I am here to bring out the potential and help the server flourish and bloom. I already read through the entire manual and I would like to get together with you and help you edit and improve it.
How extensive is your knowledge of server and plugin configuration? I am extremely good and I learn very quickly. I know all of the server plugin commands and I am extremely skilled in World Edit. I have configured plenty of permissions, enough to be called an expert and I am dexterous when it comes to plugins. I have managed plugins from all different genres. If you every require my assistance, don't hesitate to ask.
Would you consider yourself easy to talk to? Yes, I am very openminded when it comes to new ideas. However, if it's time to work then you're going to work. Playtime is over and I really stick to these rules of having to be serious at times when there is a job to be had.
Do you have a microphone and are you willing to use it? Yes, and a quiet room, which many people seem to be lacking nowadays.

Are you multilingual (Speak more than one language)? - Yes I am bilingual (English and Spanish) and I am currently in my second year of Italian and French in school so I know quite a bit. I guess you can call me QUADLINGUAL! This makes it easy for me to communicate with large amounts of players and staff members.
Are you able to record? - Yes, whatever you would need me to do, I can help with. If you even need me to record for any reason just ask me.
Can you build? - Yes, I am a decent medieval builder ranging from small to large projects. Here is a picture of an unfinished castle I built on one of the servers I was Co-Owner on. I went on the finish it within 1 week but didn't take a picture of the finished product. Sorry.

Previous Warden (Administrator) on very successful regular prison server "The Prison Server" for 3 years. Lots of experience in prison servers. Server no longer up due to the owner not being able to put in enough time because of real life complications.
Why do you want this position?
It's been almost a year since the end of the very long "career" with TPS, (The Prison Server) and I'm looking now for a new server to give my loyalty and call home. In general I love to work on the administrative side of servers to ensure a fun environment for the players.
How are you qualified for this position?
I am very loyal and kind to anybody that I work with. I know exactly what it takes to be a strict, respectable, yet fun admin to players. I make sure that players always feel heard, and make sure to NEVER form biased opinions no matter the situation. Also as I said above I have lots of experience from a long job on another server. I believe that one of the main elements any staff member should have is patience. Especially when working with younger or more immature players. An administrator that cannot contain themselves from showing any type of anger, annoyance, or impatience should not be an administrator in my opinion.
How extensive is your knowledge of commands and plugins in general?
It's been a while since I've dealt with/had to remember certain commands but most basic plugins/commands have stuck with me and any I might be unfamiliar with I can assure you I'll pick up easily.
Would you consider yourself easy to talk to?
Very. I love meeting new people and getting to know them, especially people who know how to keep a good conversation going!
How do you do in stressful situations?
At all times I try my best to keep my priorities in-line (in this case fulfilling the job of administrator correctly) to keep stressful situations from even happening, but when caught up in stressful circumstances, I feel even more motivated to complete the task then before.

Once again, sorry for the long wait. We're working on getting the Dedicated server set up with a Windows OS, and it's taking longer than expected to get a license for the OS. Once everything is running, I will contact those who look promising enough to help out. We should have the license by the end of this week.

Have you ever created and managed a minecraft server which included plugins? Give details I have created and managed a minecraft server before, it included a lot of plugins. I know a lot about plugins. I pretty much know everything about the common and most used plugins, such as Essentials, Vault, PermissionsEx, Factions, PlotMe. I'm also a VoxelArtist. I prefer VoxelSniper over WorldEdt. I've also spend some time learning about how to set up a BungeeCord server and how to run one.

Why do you want this position?
I've just retired from another Network, It's called TeamThnxCya. Due that, I now have a lot of spare time which i'm willing to spend in this upcomming Network, It looks very cool, and proffesional, Which i'd like to be a part of.
I like to make new contact and have fun with other poeple, whilst working on a new project. And i think this Network can offer just the things that i want.

I think that i'm very qualified for this position, looking at the fact that i've got expirience with running / maintaining a server, even though i'm 16 years old, I'm very mature, and have a lot of knowlegde about plugin. I love to spend time on Minecraft, as it's relaxing and peaceful. and bcause of that, I will be online a lot.

Yes, I would consider myself easy to talk to, As i understand most people in what they're trying to achieve, I always try to avoid arguements.
And being a server manager, I think it's important to have those ability's. which i do have.
I'm also very reliable, which is definitly important for a server manager, because other staff and the community looks up to you, so you must give the right example.

What server would you like to be moderator on? I would like to be a moderator on the prison server.
How much time can you dedicate, once the summer begins, to the Network? Once summer begins, I will be able to be on really often, compared to now. I'll practically be on every day if required and if I can of course. That can be about 3-5 hours a day, probably more depending of the day.

Why do you want this position? I want to be in this position because I know I can help this server and its community. I enjoy helping others, because if they remember being welcomed on the server, I'm sure they will like to come back.
How are you qualified for this position? I am qualified, because I know how to react in a lot of situations. On other servers, whenever I see a hacker or someone breaking the rules, I immediately advise a staff member or if there are none on, I report the person myself. As a moderator, I do what I have to do. By that, I mean that I will take my responsabilities and punish those who don't respect the rules by following the protocol. If someone needs my help, I am always willing to help them in any way I can, with the permissions I've got. If there is any problem, I will to my best to fix it and solve it.

If someone gets mad or swears at me, I will try to find an explanation. I don't get mad at them back. If there is a really bad situation that I'm having difficulties to handle with for some reasons, I will ask an admin, but for like 95% of the cases, I can handle it myself.

I owned a RPG server back in 2013, and was an admin on a skyblock and kitpvp server, had a lot of positions on other servers that I used to play on so I do have a LOT of experience with plugins and servers and vanilla mnecraft., I used to do coding and I am running a private server of another game, I was a moderator on a Minecraft PE server, I speak in 6 different languages as well which can be really helpful. I have got experience with linux servers aswell if you'd need help with it or my knowledge.
