Hi all!

I was testing out the new snapshot 12w50a and i was browsing through the textures (To update my texture pack) And i found some "Christmas Chests"

Here is a video of them:

(Cant get it to work )

Anyway, how i did this was. I changed my System date to 25/12/12 and then it added them in, when i changed it back to today's date (14/12/12) It reset them to defalt :/

I also found a "Skis" Texture but i am unsure what it is for....

Hi all,

I had a dream a few nights ago, that i was in some "Scary Land" and when i looked around i was in some sort of a jungle (Kinda like the minecraft ones (Eccept not blocky)) And I heard a ROAR and i looked up and then i saw a witch riding on a dragon.
Yes a very wierd Dream

So basically i was thinking very rarely A Witch will summon a dragon (I MEAN VERY RARELY!) and ride on it! The dragon can't destroy terrain (eccept flowers and long grass) and occasionally breathes fire (if attacking) But will only set ENTITIES On fire. It will fly the same speed as an enderdragon (same model too but diff skin)

They will only fly around in swamps but rarely in other biomes. They can attack 3 ways. Breath fire (Read 2nd Paragraph) probably set you on fire for 5 hearts. Swoop (Basically fly down towards you really fast) probably like 2 hearts or sumthing and Bite (Bite you???) like 4.5 hearts damage!

EDITS:

Dragon Health: half of an enderdragon
Witch will still throw potions, but less often than normal
Attacks:
Breath Fire, 5 hearts damage (total)
Swooping: 2 Hearts
Bite: 4.5 Hearts

Ok so this is my suggestion,

Please give me feedback (REMBER THIS WAS FROM A DREAM)

Hi all,

I was recently playing Minecraft 1.4.2 and trying the new feature: The Mob can pickup items from the ground and hold them. and with armour they wear it.

Well I made a skeleton have some random armour and then gave it an iron sword.

I attacked him and he started shooting arrows at me FROM THE IRON SWORD

I think this is a bug, but anyway if you don't understand here is a vid:

Enchanting uses lots of Xp orbs

But Repairing and combining enchantments take LOTS OF XP

Alright so, the new Anvil block requires XP Levels to repair and combine enchantments

So this is what i thought:

The Anvil Block Requires a Hammer to repair your items. The more your item needs repairing the more "Durability the hammer uses"

The hammer can be crafted like this:





or this:





Where Iron Can be Wood, Cobble or Iron or Diamond

Now i recon this would be better than the use of Xp levels!

Hi all, I would really appreciate it if someone had the old xp orb sound, from minecraft 1.8

If they have any other sounds that are old (like 1.7.3 or 1.8) could you please post them.

I have tried the RETRO SOUND PACK but it didn't have the xp orbs!

Please help i really need it
