What do you expect from us?*: I expect nice admins/moderators/whatever that lay down the law when they need to, whilst not going overboard. I also expect a nice community. Though, I doubt I'll be disappointed.
What should we expect from you*?: You should expect me to have good builds and quite a bit of experience with redstone. (It's redstone rising, isn't it? Hehe. o3o) I've also got some good mining skills. Expect me to be a big helping hand on the server.

I'm your guy! :3 I'm fun to be around, because I have a pretty good sense of humor. I am experienced with redstone a bit and I build very good. I know some binary stuff so I can make machines and stuff, like a calculator. I am 12 years old (but I am not one of those kids who's a complete asshole on the internet.) My IGN name is g00dguyz and I could bring a lot of good builds to your server. Hope I can be useful. ;D
I play single player every now and then, but ever since multiplayer started working for me again, I found an awesome server and ive been playing on it ever since. :smile.gif:
If I only use portal gun and aerial faith plates mod, there won't be much chambers, so I'm using as many mods as it won't be like any other minecraft portal map.
And I'm did not include links now because I was busy doing other things, I've included the links now :smile.gif:.
Btw, I can't come up with a better title, anyone have an idea ?
A good title would be about the story/plot of the map. Say, for example, and old man gives you a code, then the title of the map would be "The code." Just an EXAMPLE. At least use something that goes along with the storyline, or say "Hahahaha0000's Portal Testing Chambers like I did. Or say something like: "Aperture Science: New Testing Era" I have no idea. I'm just pitching stuff that you could change to sound nice. I hope you like them. :smile.gif:

Alright, so I made a new map called "G00dguyz Portal Testing Chambers" Which features the Portal Gun Mod by Minecraft Forum user iChun. The map also uses the extras included, so if you're planning to download it then install the Mod with the extras. The map includes a texture pack by carlotta4th I modified for my map's needs. Hey there! This is the News Section. This is the place where I post map/texture pack updates for my Portal Gun map which use The Portal Gun Mod by Minecraft Forum User iChun. Check here every now and then to see if I added new test chambers, fixed bugs, changed some stuff in the texture pack, or just to say "I'm not dead" if I haven't posted anything in a while. Here is the most recent news:

The last Test Chamber somehow got deleted through some catastrophic save corruptions. I have the other ones, but not the last one that made test even more difficult, so I made another one to make up for it. Hope you like it. I will make the next test chamber more difficult. Gonna update the download link now and I'll tell you some test chamber spoilers that I recommend you don't look at until you complete the new chamber.
New Test Chamber Spoilers:
WARNING: DO NOT READ THESE NEW TEST CHAMBER SPOILERS UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE CHAMBER. I HAVE ALREADY SAID THIS, SO DON'T SAY I SPOILED THE GAME FOR YOU. =P
Spoiler: Did you think I was seriously going to give you spoilers? Heh. Heck no. Go play the map. =)
Edit: I also changed the front of Jack-o-lanterns and the side of Jack-o-lanterns so that they go together to make the Emancipation Grills... "complete..." I don't know how to describe it. See for yourself. Anyway I also changed the dispenser texture and edited the piston texture a little bit. Oh, and I fixed the cube texture for the wool, even though I don't use the cube texture wool. It was bugging me. I also got rid of smoke textures and the little fire-ball-ish textures so the torches don't look like torches. It also make the green muck look more like green muck than green muck with small fire-ball-ish thingies shooting out of them, because the "green muck" is just re-textured lava. Anyway, enough about green muck. I'm going to re-texture dirt and grass sometime soon so it doesn't look like part of a wall. That way I can make the out-side environment I'm planning on making. :biggrin.gif: Wow this was a long edit. Anyway, a new test chamber should be up tomorrow or the day after. Stay tuned.

I haven't been working on the map for a while, and I understand that one test chamber is in-completable because I dun goofed and forgot to put a cube in there. >_< I'm making a new test chamber right now. I'll bump this up when I put a new download link for the map with the new test chamber AND with each test chamber possible to complete. It would be sweet if you could take the time to download the map WITH the broken test chamber and tell me how I did on the ones that aren't broken. Thanks. See you soon. =)

- Updated MegaUpload link for the map.
- SPOILER: The new test chamber is hard. This is where the difficult ones begin. Take note of that.
- I am currently coming up with a way to put in the companion cube. Expect that in future versions.

- Updated MegaUpload link for the map.
- Map has one new test chamber.
- Fixed blocks above some doors by replacing them with wood so the ceiling textures show up on wall blocks.
- Made all "Cube Dispensers" give only ONE cube. That way you can't take multiple and waste them in the Emancipation Grid.
NEW TEST CHAMBER SPOILERS. DO NOT READ UNLESS YOU'VE COMPLETED IT:
- Had a problem with the new test chamber and moved a pushed out wall piece to make the momentum part possible.
- New Chamber has pistons in the wall to reveal a room in an epicsauce way.
Future Plans
Future Plans for my Portal Test Chambers. Can Also be considered a "To Do List."
- Make a video to promote this Portal Map and put it on YouTube.
- Fix a problem where you can stand on the pressure plate in the lava test chamber and shoot a portal in the exit without having to use the cube at all.
- Add an override thingy inside the map folder to override some settings in the portal gun mod.
- Re-Texture The dispenser textures.
- Try to make a proper plot an ending that's not exactly the same as Portal, so that it has originality.
- Make a timed jumping course with lava, but with checkpoints so if you die you can respawn at the checkpoints.
More things to come. Suggest some stuff below the post. Thanks.

Map Instructions: Just place the folder in "C:\Users\[Insert your PC Account Name Here]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\saves". Texture Pack Instructions: DO NOT USE THE TEXTURE PACK IN THE LINK BELOW. USE THE ONE INCLUDED IN THE ZIP FILE. To install the texture pack IN THE ZIP FILE just place "G00d's Modified Precisely Portal 1.7.3.zip" in "C:\Users\[Insert your PC Account Name Here]\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\texturepacks"
Instructions for the Portal Gun Mod are not included here. The instructions will be in the mod's .zip file.
Credits
Credits for the Precisely Portal texture pack I modified goes to carlotta4th. He/she made the pack and all credit goes to him/her. All I did was move the textures around so that it fits my map. I do not own the original texture pack. Link for the Precisely Portal Texture Pack thread is below in the Links Section.
