If seeing a player flying around the lobby assuming he/she are fly hacking I would question him. If the player does not respond in a short period of time, I will then take screen shots of this player and report him to higher positioned staff. Then wait for further instructions on whether penalizing the player

Yes. I ran a previous server and custom made about 12 custom plugins ranging from minigames to terrain editing. Every plugin(excluding worldedit and vault) was made by me on the server.

Since I often use a modded client myself (no shame, get nocheatplus if you don't like it), I can fairly easily tell what the cause is. If I deem they flying I will instantly ban them with the reason being contact info for them to appeal.
10) If a player came on and kept on asking to be oped or to be staff what would you do? Explain in full detail.
The first time is perfectly fine and 100% expected, however if you don't accept no, then you will be muted indefinitely and given my contact info for appeal.

First time, shame on no antispam plugin. Second time, shame on you for not listening to warning. Third time, you will be muted indefinitely and given my contact info for appeal.

16, Junior, I have at one point known html, java, flash, C++, and Lua, it is very hard to remember and differentiate from them all however I currently am working on java (plugins language). I honestly need to have a good connection with other staff or server just isn't worth it for me. I also can make inappropriate jokes at times but its just because I probably feel relaxed and myself talking to everyone. If it gets too much just tell me but I feel it won't. I also feel grammar is important and I REALLY dislike when people mistake hacks for mods. REALLY bugs me, like.....a lot. (Check question 9 0.o)

Every single plugin on my previous server as stated. Particles, inv management, admin management, custom minigames, stuff that I needed and no one else was doing, multi inv support for single server with multiple gamemodes. These are just the examples I can remember. I also essentially made my own essentials w/o all of the stuff I didn't need to fully optimize my server.
