Name - Nolan Age - 14 Time Zone - (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) IGN - xXYoyonessXx Skype - xxyoyonessxx Do you have a working microphone? - Yes. Maturity - 9/10 (I can be goofy when I want to be, but for the most part, I'm very serious.) What position are you applying for? – Moderator or Head-Moderator (Whichever you prefer). What is the role of a Moderator? - The role of a moderator is to deal with complaints/reports about other players, and monitor the chat, working to end arguments/conflicts between players. How many hours a day can you be on the server? - I can be on the server a minimum of 2 hours a day. I will most likely average about 3 hours a day.
Why do you want to be a moderator/Why do you want to be staff on this server? - I've seen so many players getting harassed on Minecraft, it's honestly quite sickening. My goal is to provide a friendly environment to all players, and being a moderator would be the perfect way to do that. Why should we choose you over other applicants? - I'm a very reasonable person. I have the ability to remove myself from a conflict and look at both sides. This allows me to make better decisions, rather than jumping to conclusions too quickly. I am also a friendly person, and I like striking up conversations with the regular players. This rids me of the stereotypical "I'm better than you" ego that a lot of staff have.
Do you have previous experience as staff? - Yes, I was a moderator on a server called Zogcraft, and a head-moderator on a server called Nova Realms.
Background information about yourself. - I've played Minecraft for about 2 years now. I'm a friendly guy who just wants to help people. I USED to be good with command blocks, but I need to re-learn them because of 1.9. I enjoy playing a variety of games, including but not limited to SSB4, Terraria, Spore, TF2, Garry’s Mod, and Sid Meier's Civilization V. I am a percussionist, and have been ever since 4th grade. You'll get to know me better the more you play with me. Anyways, thanks for reading!
Do you have any experience with plugins? - No, but I'm open to learning!
What gamemodes do you have experience with? – I’ve had a good amount of experience with Factions, OP Prison, Survival, and Skygrid (But not the programming aspect).
I'd also like to give some examples of how I'd respond to different scenarios that may occur in chat.
-Scenario 1-
A player is complaining about just about everything on the server, bringing down the mood of the players. What do you do? - I would politely ask the person to stop complaining about the server, and also tell them to visit the server's website and let the other staff know if they had any concerns and/or ideas for the server.
-Scenario 2-
A player is harassing another player (But only light insults). What do you do? - I would politely ask them to stop, and say they have 3 warnings. I wouldn't want to act too hostile, in order to maintain the friendly environment.
-Scenario 3-
Let's say the conflict in scenario 2 escalates to the point of racist, sexist, or other derogatory comments. What do you do? - I would firmly tell them to stop, and if they didn't stop, they would be temporarily muted or kicked. Further discussion would be needed to decide whether they should be banned or not.

Course not, you get to be Co-Owner cause you helped develop the server by paying. You get to keep the rank after we don't need payments after people donate. If they donate.
The problem with that is someone could easily help pay for the server just for a few times, and then abuse co-owner permissions to destroy the server, OR abuse there powers when the server goes public and deter players
Why do you want to be this position?Because I love to help servers and help people with servers who like similar things as me. I also love to help people out when they need them, and seeing servers grow is also one thing that is amazing. Being n a server and seeing it grow to be popular is a super fun experience, and helping that happen is even better.
What makes you better than everyone else?I have more experience than the average person playing minecraft and being staff
