Have you ever been a staff member on a Minecraft server? If so, tell us about it. The main server I was a staff member on was Carbon Gaming Network. I was the Head-Moderator and I managed the Moderators, Helpers, and Players. I also held bi-weekly staff meetings taking minutes of each meeting. These meetings were to ensure that all goals were being met and tasks were being completed on time. Also I worked with the Developers to implement new content into the server. All other positions were just personal servers I messed around in with Bukkit development.

my previous involves being a Head- Moderator on a server called Carbon Gaming Network. On this server I managed Moderators along with helpers, set up staff meetings weekly or bi-weekly and assign tasks and goals, work with Administrators and Developers to create new plugins and get them tested. I have experience creating a server from the ground up but never got the chance to get it up and running with players and staff. Currently I am studying to become a Web Developer along with getting into coding Minecraft plugins. Hopefully I get this chance to help run a successful server and will put a lot of effort and time into making sure it's the best one out there. Also a quick note, I am available about 5 hours a day 5 days a week. Thank you for the consideration.

Experience with Towny: I have worked with Towny for awhile now because Towny happens to be my favorite type of server out there. I have custom coded my own Towny server before but also did not have the time to be an owner because I to have priorities and things I need to get done. I know the base functionally of Towny and I can usually answer most questions players have about it. With Towny I have been anywhere from being a citizen in a town to being the mayor along with running my own nations.
Experience with servers[include IP if you are talking about working somewhere else, if no or dead IP don't mention it: The main server I have worked with the most was a network (Carbon Gaming)(IP: minecraft.carbongaming.net) which focused mainly on the Towny server the most. I was the Head Moderator and managed all of the Moderators along with Helpers. I would setup up meetings weekly or bi-weekly for the staff that I managed to set up goals for the next couple weeks and also to check in with other staff members to make sure tasks were getting done and goals were being met. Strategies to monitor chat: Look for key words in chat because 90% of the time reading that one word gives you a good idea of what the person is talking about and help improve the efficiency of monitoring chat.
Strategies to deal with annoying players: Nicely ask them to quit and if they then continue after asking nicely give them a verbal warning and if still not working, move to muting them for a certain amount of time, then lastly temp-ban them if necessary.
Describe ability to resolve disputes and issues: I have the ability to really calm other down and figure out the source of a problem and quickly resolve the issue so everyone leaves happy and isn't mad at the server community. Going forth on an issue in a harsh manor never has worked for me. I have always taken a calm and suttle approach and for the most part turns out well in the end.
What can you bring to this network: I can bring a lot of maturity to the network and provide to the community as a friendly staff member that enjoys talking to everyone and enjoys putting the players first.

Why should you be accepted?:
I am very friendly to anyone I meet and have always enjoyed playing with others on server and working on projects together. I have been apart of a couple vanilla and modded communities and it had always been a great experience but have moved on because lack of activity of other players. I feel I should be accepted because I would bring a nice friendly vibe to everyone!
