Notch stated he didn't care if people pirated his game. Enough people buy it that a few pirates don't cause any harm IMO. Some people just don't want to buy it, and some people just don't have enough money. It's insanely pricey, actually, so as long as they don't cause any harm, i'm fine with it.
It's not that overpriced for a lifetime copy of the game with new updates almost every week. Or 3 months, for full releases.
I think it should be made of Prismarine crystals. To balance it out. Either that or make it only work underwater. Now it's a little OP.

Honestly I used cracked before I bought it but I was like five and had no idea what "piracy" meant. If I heard I would have though eye patches and peg legs. But grown men/women doing this knowing perfectly well it was wrong. This was on MinecraftForFree. Remember that? The site that got locked. So yeah, Notch locked it because he was fine with it. Do you hear yourselves.
