"Notch isn't very influential"
I think you guys are forgetting the millions of dollars he's donated to charities right out of his own pocket...All that revenue generated just from a sandbox game, now in the hands of people who need it most. Yes, he is very influential and deserves the award.

Thank you! I drew it in Photoshop using a Wacom tablet, so it's kinda like drawing on paper.

It's actually a headband, but yes. XD I don't think adding breasts would be totally necessary; just like on most Minecraft female skins, you you can tell they're female by other means. Eyelashes, lipstick, etc.

I imagine her husband was killed by zombies, so this nice fella decided to protect her. I might color this some day...

Thanks! Someone on Reddit suggested that I take Steve from this pic and make a bigger version with just him. I could sneak a creeper in there too!

Never heard of them as "original characters" in the game.

They were in indev at one point, just as aimless mobs. They were taken out of the game when the original artist left the team. Steve stayed but got a beard, then for some reason Notch took the beard out after Beta I think.

Three of the original characters in Minecraft indev: Black Steve, Steve, and Rana. Didn't include Beast Boy because I'm lazy.

The coloring obviously isn't finished, but I'm noticing too many mistakes with the drawing itself, so I'm not really motivated enough to finish it. Still kinda like it though.

I'm OCD about symmetry. My builds are almost always symmetrical, and it really bothers me when they're not. :/

Know what? I'm glad. God bless Notch, but I don't think he has the focus to develop Minecraft anymore for the direction he took it. He half-finishes things too much, whereas Jeb really gets the job complete.

The "Yogscast" includes a lot of people, not just Simon and Lewis. I'm a fan, but I have to say, I find Notch more credible than them. The fact that the Yogscast makes ANY money off Minecraft at all isn't quite right, and they're lucky Notch is nice enough not to sue them. I'm thinking this also may be a culture-clash at work, as in Sweden good manners are very important. In the UK, like another poster said, the word "****" is thrown around constantly and there's a different idea of what is and isn't socially acceptable. Then again, I'm Norwegian so what do I know. :X

Minecraft actually has helped me personally with understanding more "logical" concepts and thinking with that side of the brain. But I STILL don't understand redstone. >:|

I thought about making a box-body to go with it, but I don't have the time or materials. And yeah, it's warm enough as it is. XD I'm searching for a black unitard right now so it won't be so hot. I plan to wear this to Sakura-Con next year and it's always really warm in there.

This costume is home-made from scratch. Pretty rough, but it's all I can do with my budget right now.

Unless I can find a black leotard, this is what I’ll probably be wearing. This costume is REALLY warm despite how it looks. If I can find some form-fitting pants, I’ll wear those instead of the tights.
