Thank you for providing a stable home for those of us who love Isabella.
One small note: Thanks for the mention above, but I deserve little of the credit for modded updates other than copy/pasting the textures I've collected over the years. I update as I can for mods I'm using, and anyone is free to pull from my github as linked above, but I don't want to give the impression that I'm doing all the work.
[Server Admins]: Players on my server are using this mod's content over all else and I'd like a config option to change that.
[Single Players]: WHEEEEEEEEEEE! I can run on water!
I had this SMP experience this week. I'm enjoying this mod intensely. Yes it gets silly fast. Yes it is easily set up and you get a lot for a little setup. But who cares about that when you can prevent creeper explosions, stuff mobs in bottles, and did I mention you can run on water? So much fun.
Thanks for the clarity. I believe the suggestion for config options is a means to widen your audience. It's clear there are plenty of us who enjoy this mod as-is (myself included). Please keep up the good work.
That way, It's harder for people to make diamonds, but it doesn't make it harder for people who want the essence for building material.
That works too. Both revolve around the idea that it should take more resource to craft diamonds.
What I think I neglected to mention in my earlier post is adding the ability to disable the diamond seed drop from diamond essence crops. The balance issue comes from how hard it is to make a renewable resource.
I'm a big fan of making things configurable, so assume the following is a set of options in the config file:
To make things harder, you could disable certain methods of getting essence and gaining seeds.
Say, for example, essence ore and zombie farmers didn't exist and the only way to get minor essence was to pull seeds from tall grass, grow them, and take your chances. When the seed of choice matured, only the essence crop is harvested. It would require a LOT of farming and attention to actually have a functional diamond farm.
I had the idea when thinking about a Skyblock challenge with mods. This mod would give you the ability to grow resources currently unavailable in Skyblock with only a few resources to create seeds with.

The textures would need to be updated, however.

Thank you for the great work on my favorite texture pack. Also curse you for ruining default textures for me.
