"java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.minecraft.client.Minecraft" means that it can't find your Minecraft installation. Did you run 1.9.4 in the normal launcher? Maybe there is a config setting in Magic Launcher to set your Minecraft installation.
Lower your render distance. If you were playing on a 1.8+ version and you had a high renderdistance, that will happen. Try lowering it to around 8. You can do this by opening options.txt and changing the value.
