Well I've been having crappy problems with my new netbook recently, causing me to post pone my adventure in Lethamyr. Are there some settings people would say to be mandatory, such as viewing distance?
So I recently got a netbook, and have had some new minecraft problems along with it. I do use the optifine mod, but I do remember the problem(s) before installing it.
My first problem is the fact ALL mobs appear completely black. This is with and without texture packs. This has been happening since I ran the game.
My second is the game menu. Whenever I login through the launcher and enter the game menu, the screen "spazzes" out. A little screen on the side moves sporadically, and it's a bit of a bother. Not to mention, the background is always of a lopsided world.
Now I have always had problems with my minecraft launcher, even before getting the new netbook. Should I check out a mod? Re-dl the launcher? Get a "fixed" launcher? Any help wanted,
Quick question: Do you do much to increase your FPS? Recently got a netbook (Used to use something you'd see on the Flinstones) and still haven't had luck with minecraft. I use optifine, of course, but I'd rather increase my FPS without decreasing visual looks.
#1. By the time Joe Hills finishes the map, we'll of either have seen the series and lost interest playing it ourselves, or have had lost the interest altogether. Not to mention, it will take a very long time for him to complete it, so it seems kinda useless.
#2. Supporting Joe Hills channel is nice, as for I have watched him present to this, but I feel like your taking it a bit "overboard". It sounds like you want everyone to give him views, likes, and favorites, so much to where your willing to have us suffer the wait. What's the point in that, forcing people to do such a thing? I mean, there's good intentions, but bad mind play.
The map looks really good though. I'd love to give it for a whirl.

Yeah, you should
Maybe make it very smooth, for the less fortunate, laggy people as of I?
