Some things I’d like to add is that I take inspiration from iLmango and Rays Works for the technical side of minecraft but also incorporate planned buildings around those technical builds.
I would like a few other people who are dedicated to make a really big minecraft world and are down for the grind and want to make builds that take days of grinding for the materials and even more days of building.

What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? – I am Owner of NovaNetwork.co I have worked on countless servers not limited to SimplicityMc, HillTree Network, YabCraft, Diamantium Factions, ArcticMc Factions, Sourcube, and a few others that are quite old.
How many hours can you contribute per day? - 5-10 for the next 2 weeks then it will be 3-5
What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? - I don't see what the deal is with age except maturity and experience but if your staff rank is higher than them demand that they listen to you out of rank and if you are the same level listen to them critique them and work together no matter their age.
Are you able to record? – Of course
Do you have any skills/experience in the following (CSS, HTML, PHP, Java, Linux, ect.) – I am very experienced in Python, HTML, CSS and I have little to no experience in Java, but I do have knowledge of PHP and backend things for websites.
Anything else we should know? – I am very experienced as you should be able to tell if you have any questions or want to test me on what I have said feel free to msg me on discord and I understand that I am a little young but please don't let that interfere with my skills and experience as a Developer and Owner.
