BEEF blocks? There is food already occuring naturally underground. For example, in dungeon and abandoned mineshaft chests you can find golden apples or bread. Rotten flesh from zombies is edible but poisonous, so you need milk.
Your idea might be a good one for a mod where there are blocks of EVERYTHING. Meat, eggs, torches, seeds, or even blocks of dye. A "more craftable blocks" mod would be nice, but beef ore would affect the balance and the realism of vanilla minecraft.

Hey Creeperflame, I think you should refine your OP. Instead of a massive wall of text, divide it into paragraphs. Also, with the bugs: ALL of the updates have bugs. In the beginning of an update, there are ALWAYS bugs. That's why we have the bug tracker.
About refining the gunpowder and slimeballs, etc.: I agree. However, this isn't Suggestions, this is New Updates. Tell us in the Suggestions how you want us to change it.
Also, with the zombies: the spawning zombies thing is for Hard mode only, so n00bs won't hafta worry about it. Same thing with the silverfish, put it in the Suggestions.
Dude, this idea is waaaay too OP. For starters, they made the Ender Chest to make it so that people could sparingly use it in emergencies, not to bulk transport. Also, when you're really advanced in the game, when you have oodles of Eye of Enders and Obsidian, you could make so many Ender Chests it would just not be cool.
Hi. I run a server that has Bukkit and a bunch of plugins. From what I have seen, the server hosting community makes you buy a server and then runs it. However, I have already made the server. All I need is a Server Hosting company that runs the server file that I can access. I am looking to pay 8-15 Dollars per Month.
I would say bats are the most annoying - i *#$%ing hate them, and am compelled murder every single one I come across. If you think about it, cats are also a realatively useless mob, but have a certain charm as pets.
Rotten flesh is a pretty annoying drop, too. It is realatively ineffective as a food source, considering its effects are short-lived/slightly detrimental. I ussually will have killed at least a pig or cow or two by the time rotten flesh pops up, so by then its useless as an alternative first food source.
I would say the most useless block is gravel - It's a source of constant annoyance when mining, creates lag when falling, and fullfills no function that cannot be served by sand, except obtaining flint. Absolute waste of shovels =/
I would say I use gravel primarily for making large ugly structures that borderline on constructive greifing.
Rotten flesh is a good item for feeding dogs. Gravel looks pretty nice making roads. And cats are good for aesthetic value. Bats, well, I gotta agree with you on that subject.
OOOO! Guys! I have an IDEA! Maybe some sort of specific mineshafts could spawn in different ore-rich reigons, so people would know what type of ore the reigon would have plenty of!
I did have a reason; the topic was buried in the forum. And as we all know, almost nobody, not even the developers, surf the buried pages of the forum, as that's where all of the ''dead'' and ''locked'' topics go. I do not want to let down the supporters of this idea, by letting the topic bet buried and slowly forgotten.

Why is everyone so angry? lol the game is different from minecraft and these people own the forums so they do not need your approval. It honestly does not matter if you do not like what they put. It is there forums and they can put what they like about any game they like.
In case you haven't noticed, people have different opinouns. It isn't right if some Uber-Admin can post whatever crap they want in a major Minecraft website. That would be a horrible waste of a good website like MC Forums.
