Another interesting thing of note is that even though I've tried getting my friends to access my server, the server logs make no mention of their attempts. I've even went so far as port forwarding hamachi but had no success

Why yes, they do connect with Hamachi and they are on my Hamachi networks, but they just keep timing out

So I recently downloaded the new Minecraft Server EXE after the 1.3.1 release came out, but for some odd reason none of my friends can join in on my server, they all get the Time Out error message.

I have a Windows 7 Operation System, Minecraft and its server are allowed through my firewall and are port forwarded, I use hamachi toconnect through Minecraft and I just dont know what to do, all other topical fourms I visited all suggested doing the things I have already done and I am at a complete loss as to what the problem is!

So I heard that you can have mods on a servedr using bukkit, I installed the mods in the plugin folder but it also requires the use of Minecraft Forge, do I also unpack this into plugins or do I add it directly to the craftbukkit JAR?

I need help with this issue

I extracted the zip contents just like the videos tell to, and even replaced the SWF to support my OS, but I keep getting the "Minecraft Jar is not 1.1" error, even though I plugged in a fresh install of 1.1 it still wont recognize it.

How do I fix this?

This is a small bug that's been going on for a while, i think it was since the 1.0 full release of minecraft. Apparently, despite volume to the music slider being 100%, no music tracks will play at all when they should. Sounds and music discs work as they should, but the general music does not play at all.

However, the Music WILL play if I join a server on multiplayer, it's only borked for single player.

I have absolutely no idea how to fix this

Sorry, but your new version isn't working, heck, some of the newer versions of modloader diddn't work since 1.8 I've been getting the same exception handler as everyone else!

Microsoft consumes small independent gameing firms. Happened to Rareware and it was a tragic downward spiral for them! Don't be the next Rareware, you guys have so much promise!

In a few videos I've seen that showcase some of the more popular mods, I have failed to see one mod in particular get mentioned.

I don't know the name or where to get it, but all I know is that it lets you build working windmills, or atleast the functioning blades of a windmill.

Any insight into this will be greatly appreciated!
