oh wow I'm so blind xD. and not good a reading either apparently as I didn't realise I was doing outbound, ill explore the settings a bit and see what I can do.

Hey I got 1 picture more to come. Btw I'm not exactly sure how to use the Foxtel Hub modem for port forwarding but I believe I got it right (modem was not my choice)
So I created a server at one internet modem, it worked fine and my friends joined and we built a little bit. now I have moved to a new modem with a new IP address, I went through the same set up process with the port-forwarding and all. problem is that my public IP for this modem is an IPv6 address. I launched the server and its worked, I can connect myself with 'localhost' but I can't figure out what I'm meant to do since I use an IPv6 address.

I have gone online and searched what my IPv4 address is, I have used my apparent IPv4 address and it still doesn't work.
edit: can the attached picture prove anything?
